Hi, holly, I have 2 teams, on my A team I am 10,523 over all rank and I have gone Stewart to joao Pedro and and gibbs white to ESR, to get a Brighton attacker in for the Ipswich game, I went early bc I couldn’t be bothered to wait, a bit impatient from home but oh well hopefully it turns out ok, on my B team I am thinking just going son to mitoma to got the double Brighton attack with Joao Pedro in that team aswell, and then mabey if everything goes to plan do cannon to havertz and mitoma to mbuemo as I should be able to afford it from the son money l, but that is in a couple of weeks so I can assess that in a couple of weeks, sorry for the long one but what are your thoughts??

I've had a lucky start with Haaland, Joao Pedro, Isak // Salah, Jota, Madueke, Smith-Rowe, Winks // Gvardiol, Porro, Robinson, Faes, Barco. So my current decision is this: a) Use the single free transfer for Barco to Robertson. b) Wildcard to remove Barco, Gvardiol, Jota and Madueke. Bring in Robertson, Trent, Eze and Minteh. Long term I would want to remove the wildcard players anyway for safer picks but repeated single transfers leaves no option to bank for the future. Thanks!

Really couldn't disagree more on Wildcard vs a Hit. For me, the WC is worth *way more* than 4 points. So unless you need drastic alterations to change 6 or more players, a small hit allowing you to put it back on the shelf seems the obvious choice. In fact, depending who your transfers are, even a -8 is preferable.

I have rolled 3 FT, so plan is to roll until game week 5 and then use them to bring in triple Arsenal and Mbeumo from game week 6. Currently got Haaland, Salah (including triple Liverpool) Saka, Eze, Joao Pedro and Vardy. All players in the squad are currently starters (no place holders) apart from Fabianski with Henderson as main keeper but wondering is it worth swapping him for Turner to always have a playing goalkeeping albeit both from Palace?! 🤔 Any thoughts?

First time in about 6-7 months I got a score over 90… 91 points having Captain Haaland and Salah shame about Flekken conceding in the 90+ minute with the clean sheet but we’re all good. International break I’m not ready

I think you’re at the tipping point - remember the threshold is lower for wildcard this season now you can roll multiple transfers. Activate now and then you can use your transfers on fun moves down the lane instead of fixing problems
Jota or Diaz? The reason I didn’t pick up Jota before the season even started was the uncertainty that he would start over Nunez since Slot kind of hinted at wanting a classic no.9 like Nunez in his plans instead. So with the champions league coming up, who’s getting more game time?

An up and down start for me 3.1m to 62k then back down to 278k,. Have wildcarded to try and be proactive during the international break. Wanted to get rid of Gordon, Gvardiol, Muniz and like you downgrade Saka mainly to bring in TAA/Salah (plus one other to complete the triple up, have had Jota since GW1). So sort of returning to my Haaland and Salah draft I had through most of preseason before shifting to Haaland only in the final few days. Planning to have 3 or 4 FTs in GW6 which was my original wildcard plan. One decision I do have is my 4th midfielder slot which has to work for me in my Haaland and Salah setup currently it's ESR (my fifth is Rogers and he's staying) but wondering if as I have £1.6ITB do I upgrade to say Mitoma, sideways to Minteh or leave ESR in? It would've been Mbeumo in a GW6 wildcard (of course I'm a bit worried about prices for that move).

@@HollyShand I think the call is to wildcard, just not sure whether to do it now or near the end of the break as there may be price changes if I don’t do it earlier but then there might be injuries and such later. I guess wildcarding now means that as long as pay attention, I can keep transferring whenever I need over the 2 weeks but it’s just trying to figure out how to get into the Man City attack especially, because I don’t want to put all my eggs in one basket for Haaland, but Foden and De Bruyne aren’t consistent enough right now it seems like. Muniz and Mateta up front have been worthless so I think I have to sell Mateta to spare some funds for like a Jao Pedro and put some money into better keeper because Henderson is just as bad recently

I think you’re at the tipping point - remember the threshold is lower for wildcard this season now you can roll multiple transfers. Activate now and then you can use your transfers on fun moves down the lane instead of fixing problems

And then in gw 5 or 6 go mitoma to mbuemo? What do u think? And if I should do that what 5.5 mill or below defender would u bring in, I already have Trent konsa barco and Anderson!! An up and down start for me 3.1m to 62k then back down to 278k,. Have wildcarded to try and be proactive during the international break. Wanted to get rid of Gordon, Gvardiol, Muniz and like you downgrade Saka mainly to bring in TAA/Salah (plus one other to complete the triple up, have had Jota since GW1). So sort of returning to my Haaland and Salah draft I had through most of preseason before shifting to Haaland only in the final few days. Planning to have 3 or 4 FTs in GW6 which was my original wildcard plan.
One decision I do have is my 4th midfielder slot which has to work for me in my Haaland and Salah setup currently it's ESR (my fifth is Rogers and he's staying) but wondering if as I have £1.6ITB do I upgrade to say Mitoma, sideways to Minteh or leave ESR in? It would've been Mbeumo in a GW6 wildcard (of course I'm a bit worried about prices for that move).
Don’t worry about rank too much so far, it’s still early. I think ESR is fine for now, two home games coming up!

@@HollyShand I think the call is to wildcard, just not sure whether to do it now or near the end of the break as there may be price changes if I don’t do it earlier but then there might be injuries and such later. I guess wildcarding now means that as long as pay attention, I can keep transferring whenever I need over the 2 weeks but it’s just trying to figure out how to get into the Man City attack especially, because I don’t want to put all my eggs in one basket for Haaland, but Foden and De Bruyne aren’t consistent enough right now it seems like.
Muniz and Mateta up front have been worthless so I think I have to sell Mateta to spare some funds for like a Jao Pedro and put some money into better keeper because Henderson is just as bad recently

Hi Holly I would appreciate your advice, I tried to activate my wild card last night,before price rises and It would not let me normally it would say confirm transfers or play wild card, it only displayed minus 24 points, I tried many times but still not sure wild card, I made the transfers, and have contacted the premier leauge, if I try again, if it worked would it cancel my 24 points or will I lose them ❤
Yes once you’ve figured out how to do it you’ll void the hit. Have you tried on the app? Make another transfer and it could pop up!

I have downloaded another app, this one worked fine, wild card now active, I'm just hoping as I confirmed last night the points will disappear, as suggested I made another transfer, and came minus 4 but once the wildcard activated, points disappeared, once again so many thanks ❤
