The car production process of Hyundai includes designing, which involves sketching, and rendering, tape drawing, digital modeling, VR presentation and 1:1 scale clay modeling. The designing process is followed by engineering that comprises body structure design, Chassis design, functional design, wind tunnel test, low temperature test, snow and rainfall test, high temperature test, road simulator test, crash test, dust tunnel test, watertight test, turning-trial road test, low-friction road test, Belgian road test and dessert driving test. After these steps are done Hyundai moves on to manufacturing. This includes cast, forge, press, assembly engine, welding, painting, assembly, followed by inspection and road driving test.
