I have a black 2018 SQ5, awesome vehicle! As soon as the SQ8 arrives, (hopefully in 2020) I’ll trade up. The fake exhaust bothered me at first, then realized the nightmare of maintaining real tips. My 2015 RS5 Cabrio looks like it has huge tips, fact is the exhaust pipe doesn’t even touch them, it’s a better look I wish they’d kept!
The fake exhaust made me hate Audi now. I think it’s a stupid design decision

How does the gas come out❓no real exhausts pipe in back
I prefer it when they keep the black around the wheel arches and bottom edges of SUVs. When its all body coloured it makes for a slab-like appearance instead of a semi-rugged and more interesting design. They look like bloated cars like this. Still, I can't hate on Audis designs, absolutely top notch.

3 Points:
1) I would like to buy this for my wife but they don't really seem to market this toward women. I thinking interior color choices
2) no cover for the cup holders was a poor design choice. However, one can always keep their favorite water bottle in that space.
3) A little more emphasis on ride quality, this isn't built for speed yet. I don't know about women in general but my wife prefers comfort and convenience.

Fake exhaust tips - if they ever do this to the A3 I'll stop buying them. Can't stand that nonsense. Just don't have them if the exhaust is gonna be hidden anyway - take a cue from the forthcoming E-Tron GT. Jsut have a diffuser-looking piece and forget the fake exhaust shapes
