Good info here , sir by using manual labor for how long can it take to complete a pond according to your experience depending the ponds you have dag and the number of laborers you used.

For a pond of 300 square metres, 10 labourers will take 10 days.....on average. Assuming it is not rocky and it is not having huge tree stumps
