The reason the second clip was funny was because the UK lockdown rules were that you were allowed outside to exercise but not meant to be meeting people

I enjoyed the shops as went with a single bag, sometimes four trips a day lol, shame hearing they say stay local but took me a while to know 5 miles, like when I cycle I count 13 miles as local as enjoy cycle to Brighton as causal hour journey, pick a transport and where get in an hour is my view of local
You were also allowed to go out to walk your dog...the amount of people who suddenly bought a dog was funny.

Its southern welsh, his focus lots more on the north where the accent is less harsh and varied.
Southern Welsh. Newport/Abertawe. We sound nothing like that Gwynedd.

I'm guessing JT hasn't heard many Welsh accents, just like any other country there are many that sound so different.
He's only heard the Glyndwr version, see. ( Every one loves that breed, that happy breed of men.) There's a skit, on y/tube, by a welshman btw, taping a video of his wedding, yet still sounding "traumatised". ( Mind you, i did'nt know "his bride to be", like )

Made me smile, that the "princess" said the thing they were thinking out loud. As I worked with a couple of men who married late to women who had never left home. So they went from having everything done for them by their parents, to expecting their new husbands to do everything in the house now. One even complained to me that his wife wanted him to get rid of his lifetime's collection of cooking pots, because they didn't "match". As they made the kitchen look bad. When she claimed that she had never learned how to cook, so he was doing all the cooking.

DJ Dom Whiting is an absolute legend and regularly does mobile DJ sessions. I caught him doing it round my home city once, and tbh, hope he comes back next summer. Great tunes and great vibes.

There is an explanation behind the egg clip. In England, because we don't have guns, we hard boil eggs and then freeze them, so if we ever see people vandalising or trying to get into our houses, we throw frozen hard boiled eggs at their heads.
