What would you rate this apartment ? Do you guy know any other short term housing websites ?
Beautiful space, Solid 8/10
@@slimk97 right !! The decor is everything 🤩
@@allthingsdami I like how they kept all the decor neutral and modern, and it’s a huge bonus to have a in unit washer and dryer 👍🏽
@@latoyan905 RIGHT ! Simple, white with a few accent prices 👌🏾

Super cute, I love this for you!
Thank youuuu!! I loved this for me too sis 😭😂
Also you have a compact license or had to get the texas one individually?
I had to get it individually cause I’m not American and I haven’t lived in a compact state for a year 🤦🏾♀️
@@allthingsdami okay so maybe you can help me with this too pls ? Lol
How’d you go about it ? Just went ahead and did all the background checks, tests (like what texas requires), fees, etc for every state you wanted to work in? & so is it that you’d just decide you’d wanna go to a certain state and then apply for the license hoping it’ll come around in time while the rates were still running at the number they were at ? Or you’d only apply for the license if there was a contract in a certain state that intrigued you & they’d send you a temporary in the meanwhile or something ?
@@allthingsdami Just following up for when you’re able to respond. Hoping to hear back soon :)
@@Kassiex5 Heyyyy! I worked on licensing for one state at a time and only started working on the second license when I got a job in the first state and got an agency to reimburse my license fee’s. The state I chose to work in was based on where I saw the most consistently high rates and where I would want to live. I wasn’t looking at a specific job or hospital because that can always change. I pretty much had to take the chance based on the trends that I was seeing, hoping that when It was time for me to apply, the rates would be the same and most times they were. Hope this helps ❤️
@@allthingsdami it does help, thank you!
Very cool 😄. Next time careful with not sharing the apartment number
Very much agreed! You really have to be careful out there. I only shared this after I’ve already left and I don’t plan on going back to this apartment
Hey girl so the way the rates are lower now , how best to go about going to like a contract in Dallas and then paying for a rental car and apartment while still paying for your own apartment and car ? Is it safe/worth it ?
Honestly the NICU rates I’m seeing for Texas is not it. Very much not worth it for me it would make it really hard to pay my bills let alone save. Compare the rates to other states and go were you’re seeing consistently high rates
@@allthingsdami thank you. What to you is a fair rate ? B/c I’m seeing the same numbers pretty much everywhere now lol
So is it like hard to have your own home with travel nursing, &can you request to have assignments closer to your permanent home or
Great question from my understanding in order to qualify for the student you need work 50 miles or more away from your permanent home. You can still travel nurse from your permanent residence that’s just called local contracts. Your rates are usually higher because there’s no tax-free portion of it.
Hi. What part of Texas was this located in?
Fort Worth
Thank you!
That walk in closet tho 👌🏾
I said all for me 😭😭
Loveeee it!!
Ahhhh thank youuu❤️❤️
Very cool!
Thanks for watching !!!!
Nah this is a serious apartment ✅✅😭😭
SERIOUS SHAAA! I just thank God🙏🏾😭
How much you pay for apartment
so gorgeous
Right !! I was LOVINGGG the apartment 😍😍
Love the apartment! It’s perfect for you. Question, what’s your specialty? And do you like it, or are you thinking of moving on to a different specialty? I’m currently in my first year of RN school getting my adn.
Thanks Latoya! I’m an NICU nurse👣 I think eventually I’ll try L&D, peds or go into teaching. Welcome to the club girlie ❤️
HOW DID YOU FIND THIS?! I am going to Texas next month for my first assignment 😅
I got this through Hello landing! They were doing a promotion at the time, so I took advantage of that! Usually they have really nice houses, but the prices can be high depending on the city
Your salary per month
That looks like a landing apartment 😅 I am in one in Kentucky
It is !! Girl are you sitting as pretty as me ? I love the design and comfort of these apartments
