LOL I think the de-icer is for door locks. Growing up in New England I can tell you, you need to get ice scrapers a couple of plastic ice scrapers and also start your car up put the defrost on hot and high to start to melt it from the inside. Better yet go get an old tarp or shower curtain cover your windshield at night (tuck the edges inside your doors).. then when you're ready to leave in the morning you just peel it off throw it in your boot and Wa-la! There's no scraping needed! That's what I do now most the time in the winter. Bo was so cute inside Molly's igloo I think Bo needs his own little igloo! ❄
You can switch the sofa and the dining table in the new home. All kinds of options for different living. Love it!
Lovely. I see the cat tower is very close by. The first year I got a cat, Sergio, broke so many of my ornaments. Had to buy nothing breakable after that. Wishing the two of you a wonderful holiday season.

Ooh this was lovely! Such a nice 🌲 tree! I loved the details of the second house. Wider is good and having washer and dryer is a must! Not like those other homes. How strange to not have a dryer in the house. Beau running around the tree!! He’s so sweet.
I have to say, Elliot, you are truly hilarious when you do the candy tasting. I remember you doing them before, and you were just as funny. I would like to see Matt do it, just once. I can see him going completely over the top when doing it.....lol!!

Beautiful house, Elliot! An idea for the cat litter tray -- you could have a carpenter cut a cat door into the utility closet across from the master bedroom and put the litter tray in there. That way it's private and out of the way for the cats. I thought you might be able to the same downstairs in the "dead" space under the stairs but, thought the cats to get to it, it would be awkward for a human to access for cleaning the tray.
I have old el paso products all the time, but never had the "boats"! They look great

Loving your Christmas tree and home visits, I do have to share with you a thought I have as I am living in a small Art Deco flat, if our doors
were pocket doors each room would have so much more space!

TV on wrong wall for sure. You don't want to walk in the front door and look at an ugly TV screen. Litter tray by the front door gross. No place for guest coats, shoes etc or even your own. You would be falling over them coming in the front door and will look messy all the time. Living room barely large enough, can't imagine visitors in there too. Kitchen is nice(ish). I did have a big pasta style tap in one place and it is a royal pain, as the water splashes everywhere with daily use. I opted for an auto on/off one in my kitchen renovation this summer and it is much better. Nice looking, pull down pot filler feature, spray and a soap dispenser for hand washing in the sink. Garden pokey, but OK. I wouldn't want to sleep in the kitchen if I was a guest. The busiest room in the house. If your big windows to the back patio are open the people across the way can look right into your kitchen from their upstairs rooms. No walking around party dressed to use the kitchen. As you can see into others garden they can see into yours. Small bed in the master and no room for proper bedside tables. Very pokey. No vanity in main bathroom, and no place to put out the products when using them. Oh Fellas, buy an older home and renovate. These homes are not good.
Well, litter tray has to be there where cat wants it. Other wise it might develope serious peeing problems!
