    Thankyou!! I move each day, but really struggle to make up my own workouts. I have followed videos (starting with VHS, lol) since I was a kid. I have never gotten beyond a mid beginner/ low intermediate maybe, level, and used to wonder why. I just never had other people's stamina and didn't know why. So much more common now and people understand a lot more (even tho still not enough). But I still move. One of the few things I can feel good about doing when I don't over do it. Blessings!

      I have also done the VHS videos that my mum use to do... think 80's crazy hair and up your hooha exercise clothes. :S
      I have learned to accept that this is what I can do. When I start comparing and thinking " I can never... blah blah blah." comparison is the killer of joy isn't it?

      @@JessicaHearsey Haha!! Yep! Denise Austin was my first VHS workout, and got a few others later, and there were the TV ones that still look healthy today in their mature ages.
      You are so sweet to answer my comments. Thankyou so much!! God bless!! (PS: My shape will never be what I wished for, and now its changing again, altho I move as much as I can. Its what I can do and I have learned to accept it. I still, to my hubby's groan's, talk about my belly sometimes tho (before I realize I've even said it). It just came out of nowhere, lol
