I was an indie wrestler from Green Bay. This was the 1st time they sent me to WWF tv taping. I remember all the indie guys freaking out because this was also the 1st taping for the Steiners & Sid. One guy facing the Steiners had his shoulder separated. Scott had him up like a fireman’s carry from the 2nd rope. The guy wouldn’t let go of the ropes to take the move. Rick comes punches the guy in the face full force so he lets go then Scott dumps him so all of both their weight is taken by shoulder. Everyone watching on the monitor knew it was gone as soon as it happened. Anyway this was all at the time WWF was getting accused of molesting young boys. I’m walking through the back of the Brown County Arena when I get to the hallway that leads to Vince’s makeshift office. At the end of this hallway where i stood is a pay phone, yes cell phones didn’t exist yet. Nailz is kind of messing around with the phone & sees me. He goes hey kid, did you get paid yet? I go no. He says well right down there is Vince’s office. Walk down there kick the door open & say I’m here for my money. I just smirk & say after you. With that Nailz goes into the office & I hear all the yelling & banging. Now I haven’t been 👂 by this in these stories.. When Kevin comes back down that hallway he grabs the phone & calls 911. I hear him say my name is Kevin Kelly. I’m at the Brown County Arena for WWF Wrestling & I’ve just been sexaually assaulted by Vince McMahon. Please get here I hear them can coming. I have to go. Well because of cops there for security they can hear stuff of the radios the cops have & they get a Vince out of the building. The next night was more tv tapings in Madison WI. We pull up cops all over looking for Vince. He’s long gone as he went back to Connecticut instead of going to Madison. It was a crazy weekend.
Word on the street is that George "The Animal" Steele told Nailz that he was getting screwed pay-wise to stir some sheet up. The result? Vince ended up getting "Sprewelled".
I can't believe what great shape he's gotten himself into since his run in WCW ended. He looks amazing and better than he did when he was an actual wrestler. Good for him really.

I've got a photo and autograph from the Nasty Boys a couple years ago. Jerry and Brian were awesome to meet but Jerry is an intimidating person. He can still kick your ass. I understand why Eric Bischoff said Saggs is a legitimate tough guy when he mentioned Saggs beating up Scott Hall.
Curt Henning for as great a wrestler as he was always seemed to be carrying stuff to far! Guarantee Curt was behind the boot and the RAM both just to get a laugh for himself.
I agree with the "If a fights happening between 2 people you let it happen" except when one of them is Vince. I would have ripped Nailz off of Vince if I were a wrestler and standing right there because I'd be thinking he'll repay the favor and start booking me well.
Nah, you would lose your standing with the other wrestlers.. Picking the boss over talent. Vince might not even appreciate it. Him not backing down and then taking the beating rather then paying is the image. Not him being saved like some princess LOL
Nailz did what most wrestlers and othe promoters wished they had the balls to do. The best thing you could do in a situation like that is to notify the other wrestlers what was going on, so they could watch too.

Pitting people against each other and somebody getting seriously hurt or losing a lot of money at the end of his ribs while he goes off scott free.

Jerry Saggs doesn't age😮...he still looks the same as the early 90's... much thinner and in better shape. Jerry looks incredible now. Everytime I see Knobs and Jerry Saggs there old theme plays in my head. 😂

Removing alcohol, drugs and sugar can do that for a person. Not sure if Saggs has gone this route, but he looks 1000 times better than Knobbs.
