One of the sexiest and most beautiful love songs ever! They just do not make music like this anymore. We are all so lucky that the bands of the 70’s gave us such wonderful music. This is the music of my life.🎼🎼🎼
It’s 20/23 and we are along way down the road from the release of this one and it’s still one of the all time greats. Every time I revisit it I’m taken back in time……It’s all good
Same here, I went back to my little town in México, believe me, I was an English music listener even though I didn't understand what it says 😂, but now I do and love more this song.
Like many of you, I was around 7 years old, listening to this gem of a song, in the dark on a tiny little radio, loud enough to hear, but not loud enough to wake the parents, wish we could all go back and live that glorious time again.
I’ve been a Grace Slick fan since Woodstock. White Rabbit…. I had forgotten this song, and how much I loved it, until it was on the Supernatural series I’ve been bingeing. Thanks Jefferson Airplane/Starship…. Who’s gonna remember this incredible music when us old timers are gone?
One of my all time favorite love songs and the incredible vocal harmonies of Marty balin , Grace slick and Paul Kantner is what stands out on this legendary track
So mesmerizing and powerful the lyrics and vocal blending and harmonizing in this song.Seductive and sensual at the same time. There'll never be another song of this quality...EVER. I don't think it's possible for the new generation to make a cover of this and do it justice. I LOVE this song.
The period of music when I grew up was MAGICAL, nobodys creating it like they did back in the day, late 60's thru 70's..best and probably won't ever be matched..
Nothing like the oldies and this one happens to be my favorite. The 70’s was pure love and peace. The lyrics are felt. You ripple like the river when I touch your body when I pluck your body like a string.👀
Such an awesome evergreen song It's 2023 And I'm still listening to this awesome song!!!! Brought back so so many beautiful memories , those were the days!! Wish I could go back to that era and hang around with my friends .....❤
there really is not words to describe these songs from the 70s- i just love playing them for my son and hope they do for him what they did for me takes me right back to my childhood - and in this way it lives eternally
This song has never been a live song for me , but a song about believing that sometimes things can go right for you if you think positive and have hope. Although it never seemed to work for me , it's nice to fantasize that things can go your way sometimes.
Love this song. As a boy one of my favorite local college football heroes named Joe Roth was the Cal Golden Bear starting quarterback. He valiantly fought and lost a battle with cancer and this song gave him hope and courage. I never forgot that and it gaives special meaning to this beautiful song for me.
Who here feels that same sunny afternoon - bell bottoms, polyester, our brown 1965 impala that my dad bought from a neighbor for $25 - the time when anything was possible - the time when a song on the radio made you feel really good ❤😊
Brings back oh so many memories. Song was dedicated to me by a past and first boyfriend back in 1978. I still have the record and jacket that he wrote on! (SPECIAL Message) I really messed that relationship up and STILL feel so bad! It had nothing to do with cheating or anything like it! Just circumstances and finding myself. 😟 Still (to this day) think about him! Wishing it was oh so different! I wish him all the best in his lifetime did offer and still offering! MISS you Greatly "J/F/T"! You will always be my "Cowboy"! And will always be in my heart! ✨️🤠✨️
Wow, 46 years and you still think of him with this kind of fondness. I believe that since memories of my hs crush still crosses my mind whenever I hear "wonderful tonight", a song he sang to me one time (in the library of all places!)
Great song. Thanks for the tunes. RIP.... I am 68 years old and this is still a great song - Miracles. I listened to the song one time on a Sony 30 watt tube amplifier. Simply fantastic. There is somehing warm and crisp about tube amps. I was 14 years old. If only you believe like I believe, baby (If only you believe like I believe) We'd get by If only you believe in miracles, baby (If only you believe in miracles) So would I If only you believe like I believe, baby (If only you believe like I believe) We'd get by If only you believe in miracles, baby (If only you believe in miracles) So would I
This is my most favorite song ever. I have loved it since I was 16. I am much older. Still love it. It is a fabulous love song,so intimate. . So beautiful, timeless.
This is one of those songs that I time travel to. I was 11 years old and the first time I heard was in Clearwater Florida on a family vacation. We were in the family truckster driving back from my favorite restaurant chief Charlie’s and I was sublimely happy because I had just eaten a chop steak with mushroom gravy.
When I hear this song it brings me back to when I was a kid. It literally give me that vibe, and I can feel the happiness of when I was that age. That's a powerful good song. Talent like that nowadays is just scarce❤☝️😁👍💯
I don't know but every time I hear this I wonder why it sounds so beautiful and why in this century contemporary music sounds like a product to be sold as opposed to a work of art created to enrich people's lives. Thanks for the expressed beauty. Sorry for the kids.
One of those magical love songs you can listen to over and over 1000 times and it never gets old...and makes me emotional with heartbreak memories from the 70's cause "we didnt get by" and we should have. Lost my soul mate, never been the same 😢
This music makes me spread my wings and levitate me to world of love ….missing the Summer of Love. Grateful Dead, Be-ins, Summer of love and happy adventures.
Another 'you were there' memory song. This memory for me was the fall of 1975, traveling down to Visit Duke University with my friend Bill (and later roommate at Duke). The song replayed on the car FM radio like every hour. Cool song. Happy that technology allows us to replay many classic songs. Just think, in 1975, if you did not own the LP, then it was a random shot to get a song on the radio.
I do know the lord above made us we are all miracles thru jesus christ❤❤❤❤ gina nashville god heal the weak for thou are strong follow jesus❤❤❤❤❤ that way yhe only way. Gina. Nashvllle❤❤
Man I can just see Martys face hitting that note during that sax solo! I can hear the strain in his voice! He dug deep for that note! Love love love that part and this song!
I'm 47 years old and just heard this song for the first time, and all I can say is that a new song has been added to the rotation. It touches your soul.
This song was released when I was 2 years old. For some reason, when I woke up this morning, it was playing in my head so I had to come here and listen to it.
This song is heavily beautiful I don’t even no when or were I heard this before I had to make sure this song was real so I had to look up what I was hearing in my mind for the last two months. I’m a unknown artist it’s hard to find engineers that make music that you hear. Great ! Job
Maybe I am so amazed by the creativity in this music and the time spent n thoughts to create such a beauty 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤💟💖💖💖✨️🙏✨️🙏✨️🌷🌷🌷😇💓💕💓🌹😘 thank you kindly... 🥰🥰🥰😘😘😘💋💋💋
I was actually a little kid in the early 70s and I love this groovy far out song. They actually started as Jefferson Airplane in the 60s but yet they changed it to Jefferson Starship.
I Do Believe In the Lord God And His Miracles! He is that Miracle that does So Many Amazing things he gave us a life he can even Save us and Give Us ETERNAL LIFE! This is A GOOD MIRACLE SONG! 👍 😀🎶🎵
I cry every time I hear this song. In October, 1975 my son was in the NICU. This song helped me believe he would survive. He did not. He was born prematurely. Just over two pounds. He lived six days. A month later my husband declared that he didn't want to be married anymore. Packed and moved across the country. He left the day after thanksgiving. He died in 2003, he was just 51 years old.
I had a cassette and cd stereo until lightening hit my house and killed our electronics. I didn't care about tv's, etc, but my f***ing stereo? What a cruel joke. I threw all my cassettes out when I learned I couldn't get another one😢.
Never heard this till about a week ago when I saw a lady dressed in full hippy garb listening to it on her “ ghetto blaster “ that she had set up in coffee shop like a queen ,,, her music box lit up different colours ,,, very cool ..I asked her about the song and really appreciated how much she was just enjoying herself
One of the sexiest and most beautiful love songs ever! They just do not make music like this anymore. We are all so lucky that the bands of the 70’s gave us such wonderful music. This is the music of my life.🎼🎼🎼
I remember when this song came out and while it's good, I still think it's over rated.
Grrrr...
Tell me about it. (Y)
This music 🎶 brings back such wonderful memories! Im overwhelmed with feelings!
You couldn't of made a better statement. So true.
Repeat all day long. They just don’t make music like this anymore. I Love this song!!!
Today's so called music is disposable because it caters to the short attention span younger crowd'/!!!,
It’s 20/23 and we are along way down the road from the release of this one and it’s still one of the all time greats. Every time I revisit it I’m taken back in time……It’s all good
Got that right .and then some..
20/23?
Wow, my entire childhood flashed before my eyes with the first few notes
I know that feeling also❤
Same here, I went back to my little town in México, believe me, I was an English music listener even though I didn't understand what it says 😂, but now I do and love more this song.
Marty Balin! What A Voice!
“I can hear windmills and rainbows…”
Can’t remember the last time I heard a rainbow, but the words sure are poetic. Love it!
Hearing for the first time at age 27! And I just fell in love after the first 5 seconds of hearing 😅❤😊
This version is missing 3:27 seconds of lyrics and music.

Like many of you, I was around 7 years old, listening to this gem of a song, in the dark on a tiny little radio, loud enough to hear, but not loud enough to wake the parents, wish we could all go back and live that glorious time again.
I was in my 20’s back then.
I had some HUGE speakers to hear this song. Normal speakers just wouldn’t do.
I WAS A teenager with lots of acne ,and totally lost with great desire to love and with this song I would travel the universe,,,
The way Marty hold that note at the end is mesmerizing it gives me chills every time I hear this beautiful song Rip marty thank you for this Gem
My absolute favorite song ever!
It’s at least in the top three. Great tune
One of my all time favorite love songs and the incredible vocal harmonies of Marty balin , Grace slick and Paul Kantner is what stands out on this legendary track

I arrived in Germany for my Army permanent party in 1976 and heard this song. Loved it ever since.
Por fin la encontré está canción es un diamante. Qué gusto oírla la recuerdo siempre desde mi juventud. Estoy en diciembre 2023.

Memories of my college freshman year!

He valiantly fought and lost a battle with cancer and this song gave him hope and courage. I never forgot that and it gaives special meaning to this beautiful song for me.
For me, it's a summer day in 1975 in Fort Lauderdale Florida. A song that can stir up emotions and memories like that, that's a miracle, baby😁💯

I still have a mix tape that I made of all Marty coz his singing is a turn-on. Too bad I don't have a player for it.
