I am a paleontologist and I wake up at 4:30 am so I can be in the middle of nowhere at "night" (6am), saving fossils from giant machines (excavators) xD

Love this! Why didn’t you attempt like “a week of waking at 5am”? The video as a whole felt kind of incomplete for a “main channel video”, yaknow? Would deff be curious to see how ya felt about it after at least like 4-5 days of trying to attempt it.

For me, being a morning person starts with the night before. I need to be in bed by 8pm and out cold by 9pm in order to wake up early!
Me too! I have to make sure I get at least 8 hours sleep every night, so I always organise when I'm going to go to sleep, so when I'm going to get ready for bed etc
