Much respect to Jason Jackson, heard of good things he's been doing. Now I look forward to seeing his work, like many I hear of many being under estimated in life, lived it, I use that same motivation in all aspects in life work ethic is King. Props to him, Rampage is the man as well, success to this podcast is due to the legendary Rampage. Bear is bringing his own as of more recently. Taking care of so many it seems. Great podcast keep it going.
Page and Team, this show has quickly catapulted to the top of my fav MMA podcasts. Not just because I'm a Day One Rampage superfan, but the vibe, choice of guests, humor, chemistry and presentation is everything. It has that same energy of the earlier JREs, when he used to focus on the fighters and didn’t feature as many weirdo right-wing grifters and pseudo-experts. Don't ever change.

At the beginning when Jason said his dad would not let him do wrestling. If you are a mom or dad please support your kids in that way, let them challenge themselves. I myself had very unsupportive parents. mostly my dad but my mom never was discouraging about things but if my dad said no it was a no even if i asked her 1st. I was a really good BMX bike rider and really good on the Dirt bike as well, tricks and racing and i was getting so good and my parents would not support me. They would not let me enter competitions and even my high school guidance consoler was telling me i have unrealistic intentions. This is back 2003 and earlier, i graduated in 2003. I am 39 now and i still ride hard but if i had that support when i was a kid i could have gone places but everyone pushed me in the direction they wanted. I look back at it and it gets me mad!! the school and them were trying to get me to be a landscape engineer(i grew up around heavy equipment). IDK but please support your kids. I pick up skills easy, when i was even younger i wanted to be a drummer as well and my parents would not cause of the noise. I got into enduro circle track racing when i was just out of school and living at home on a larger property and my dad was like i dont want any of the race cars there at the house. IDK i cant say it enough support your kids!!! i love my parents but they def did not provide support!!! I still ride hard to this day though i am to old now to become a pro. follow your dreams!!!!
I injured my neck in wrestling and have suffered from it for 8 years, the lessons that wrestling instilled in me and the growth i experienced, it was all worth it.
This is scary relatable. I’m 28 and been depressed for a while on these thoughts in my personal life. I just want to focus on gym and health/fitness/boxing but I’ve been all in on our family business for a few years and it’s the total opposite life I expected out of myself
