  • Chocolate hazelnut whipped cream
    1 cup of cold whipping cream
    1/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
    Pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    Add the chocolate hazelnut spread to your stand mixer bowl ( or a regular bowl if using an electric mixer) . Add 1/3 cup of the cream and whip till you get a homogeneous consistency. Add the vanilla and salt , whisk a little then scrape the bowl with a spatula. Add the remaining of the cream and whip till you get hard picks . Refrigerate if you aren’t using it right away .
