It’s still a bit shocking that Mattel is releasing such an unbelievable Barbie. Face, hair, body, articulation, outfit, packaging, overall vibe - it’s all perfect! And reasonably affordable! I wonder if the Barbie movie provided such a great infusion of cash that they were ready to start making confident decisions again.
I think it maybe a little of what you described, but I also think that Angel used his budget very wisely. Are there details missing from past era quality? Yes, but it does give us that feeling because of the details you pointed out. I’m glad you are also enjoying these releases and we can only hope that they continue down this path! 💞🤞🏽
