can anyone guide me, Patient name was not there in the role play so how we gonna ask the interlocater name?

As per my understanding, If it's a known case you can ask during 3 mts preparation, if the case is unknown you can ask after self introduction...
During exam, will we be provided with both interlocutor and candidate role play card?
During the exam, you will only receive the card which is relevant to you.
If we dont complete all bullet points in speaking....can we still pass OET

One has to understand the real situation. If candidate has the ability to speak english fluently no role play is necessary,give her a real situation and tell her to talk without script.
