Voices stopped and I was auto pilot mode because voices tell me what to do 😂 need to pause it to resume my work

It's ok to fall asleep with this frequency?
Yes due to the sound being calming for most people, but depending the volume you listen to it, if it’s low then you’ll be fine, but raise the volume too high, let’s say above 85DB for a long time, you’ll cause some ear/hearing damage
How are you able to make this? Do you keep filtering tone at certain frequency with eq’s until you get the desired frequency you’re looking for?
