A detailed and precise video on this topic. However, in my case I will include at least 5 crore for the 2 kanal land considering Pump is on some main road in the commercial area,.. no matter whichever is the city... to be on safer side must consider 5 crore for the land

Someone done on my behalf ...this is nothing its simple procedure if u don't want to go through from this procedure then go for PSO aur shell or total they done by themselves u don't need to do anything but they will charge more consider this aspect also..
Mr saifullah in India the margin is 4 50 or rs 9 PKR and there are many other ways of in income from pump viz selling petrol on credit, giving space to mechanic, opening convience store, tyre shop
Here also margin around PKR 4 per litter
I said 3 after tank Lari exp.... And I consider petrol depo is around 150 km away from station .then PKR1 occurred carrying exp against per litter

You can add on tyre shop, car wash and a work shop etc.. It will be even more profitable.. Some petrol station has an Atm machine as well. It all depends on the space.. It's very profitable as long as we don't have electric cars

Great Video brother, my question is during the installation of Petrol Tanks and dispensing machine, how do you ensure that safety standards are met? There is high chance that the “local Kariger” won’t know much about safety standards.
They know much better then any other expert

MashAllah very well put brother, I think 3Rs is very conservative number per liter, you've not included the depreciation amount in your monthly cost, plus insurance, although its your land but it still goes as land tax/ rent and goes through business expense and plus you gotta pay tax on your profit ... not sure if a onc can make that much with 3Rs return unless you sell alot.
