Manchurian balls:
2 cup cabbage
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup carrot
1/2 cup spring onions
1/2 tp salt for soaked
1/4 tp salt
1/2 tp black pepper powder
1 tp green chilli sauce
1 tp soya sauce
1 tp Schezwan sauce
sauces mixed:
2 tbsp tomatoes catch up
2 tbsp soya sauce
1,1/2 tbsp green chilli sauce
2 tbsp red chilli sauce/ Schezwan sauce
flour mixture:
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/4 cup water
gravy:
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped ginger
2-3 green chilli
1 chopped onions
1/2 red capsicum
1/2 green capsicum
1/2 yellow capsicum
1/4 tp black pepper powder
1/4 tp salt
organo, chilli flakes optional
green coriander for garnish
