If u want those pieces to be crunchy when u eat it then - fry it one time - keep aside, make the sauce. Now when ever u r about to serve then just heat up the oil, fry for the second time n heat up the sauce n mix both. Otherwise it will be soggy. That's how they do it in restaurants n that's y manchurians, lollipops r so crunchy. Learned this frm my own experience

I was searching for a rare chinese starter recipe called veg coriander which I had at a restaurant and is similar to this one but instead of triangles it is irregular balls kind of shape stuffed with a piece of cashew.....and for the gravy....much amount of garlic, coriander and other chinese sauces were added.....
