Is it weird to say that anime is getting more....anime-like? This just looks more colorful, the characters look younger, there's more edge, and bigger eyes
I just finished it and genuinely loved it. It had it's "meh" moments for sure, but overall the art style, color palette, characters and story were all excellent.
Tanjiro's old version, but I think that Rokuro is better than Tanjiro If you don't understand me, you should know that Roku-chan and Tanjiro has the same voice actor
@Anime Destiny after they grow up, all the episodes are fillers. It becomes a made up story and its a shame because now that I'm reading the manga I can tell that after the MCs grow up it improves amazing.

mina I enjoyed it. The beginning was a bit of a slow burn but it eventually picked up. Also one of the ops, might be the second or third, is a masterpiece
@Shekel Goblin anime cuts out all the good bits and replaces it with filler if you like anime trash and don't care watch anime, if you like a good story with proper character development but a hard to follow art style watch manga.

No. The filler ruined the lore in the series. And Kinako, the mascot character of this anime is far more enjoyable character in the manga, compare to his anime counterpart which is just plain annoyy
If you have no preconceived notions of how the story should be, then go for it; it's a really entertaining show with some great action and heartfelt moments as well.
I kinda like it this way, in animes/mangas they always show Rage moments in the protagonists as invincible foes with infinite power, is not the case here.
Once they started showing all the other excorcists that were leagues above them i lost interest in the show. It felt like their battles and training meant nothing at all.
That's when i got finally interested If there are people above you, there is still a lot of room for growth It just means more training and spirit Watching anime charachters grow is the best part of an anime

This scene gives me chills when roku keeps charging and getting sent flying the character development here was really great.
