These GTA 5 FPS doesnt seem correct... You might ended up putting MSAA too high on 4k, which tanks too much performance for what you get on your screen. Not even reaching 60 FPS def not seem correct here ^^
another factor to take into consideration is that nvidia uses gddr6x memory white amd uses gddr6 memory so if a game uses 10gb of vram on the 4080 super it will use about 12-14gb on amd so yeah

It's not really 1440p if your using Dlss performance or balanced its more like 720p upscaled to 1440p. Native resolution is king and the best for such an expensive GPU
