How u have so low gpu usage in Witcher 3 on max settings without RT? I have 5600 and RX 7800 XT and even I have 99% gpu utilization in 1080p without RT, everything maxed out and without FSR.

For anyone experiencing fps drops or low fps in games that should run fine, simply use resolutions higher than 1080p, in my case Valorant gives me fps drops from 130 to 30, this is because the GPU is too powerful for the CPU (This is known as CPU Bottleneck) One of the fixes is to gradually touch the settings, lowering settings that use the CPU and raising those that load the GPU. In my case in Valorant I had an increase of 30 fps and good stability when raising the resolution from 1080p to 1440p and some graphic options such as maximum Antialiasing
