Great job my friend! Love the backstory.....I also didn't come into woodworking through the traditional channels. Now I wouldn't change it for the world! Keep the videos coming.
Its so much fun, you can just picture things you want to build then come up with ways to build them! The 1 year project has been eating a bunch of time but I should have some small ones in between!
Great to see your back story. And you did seem to start with all the hard projects. Well done for sticking to it and growing to 500 subs. I’m sure the next 500 will come along quickly. 👍
Thanks! I like the challenge of them, I haven't done much hand tool building just because I wanted to build out a work bench first! I could never imagine getting to 1000, only time will tell!
My dad has a japanese pull saw, that we found left in a machinery crate from Japan. So it really IS a Japanese pull saw. 😂 This was in the late 80s at Mazda in Michigan.
Thanks for watching my woodworking journey! I really appreciate it!

Oh wow! That's one way to get a saw from Japan! Has he used it a lot?

He used it a lot. Not many used them in America at the time ✌️
I like them way better than a pull saw, once I build a bench ill probably start using it more
