    1) Time flies
    2) It's sad he couldn't fulfill his potential because of his injuries, and so some people are saying stuff like Harden is greater, when in truth peak Wade is better than anyone except MJ.

    • @esaumalakai7485
      @esaumalakai7485 2 года назад +5

      Peak Wade is definitely better than Kobe. And I would honestly say yeah, better than any player except Michael Jordan. But comparing guards and perimeter players with big men, you know centers like Shaq and Hakeem is like comparing apples with oranges. It should be it’s own category, but yeah I would say better in terms of they can do everything and can shoot, and just more exciting to watch play. So yeah, peak Michael Jordan is the greatest, and Dwyane Wade low key at his best is the greatest after Michael. And my favorite players are Jordan, Wade, Iverson and McGrady.

    • @esaumalakai7485
      @esaumalakai7485 2 года назад +5

      And to answer you question more intricately, Wade was better than Kobe because he was efficient from the field. And he would consistently have high scoring games, but within the flow of the teams offense. He was willing to pass. He was a great defender and shot blocker. And he was just as, if not more clutch than Kobe. He actually has a legendary classic Jordanesque type Finals performance under his belt, leading Shaq to a title first and winning a Finals MVP before Shaq. He was also faster and more athletic and explosive. He attacked the basket more. Was masterful in his midrange game similar to that of Jordan. Shoot, he even sported the Red jersey like Jordan. And just know this stats, to know the difference between Wade and Kobe…Just know that Wade played about 300 less regular season games than Kobe did in their entire careers, and Wade still leads Kobe in career dunks by 100. Wade would JAM! Jordan and Wade the only guards in NBA history that would JAM it every night like they had something against the rim. As if the basketball hoop slept with their wife or something. I know Vince Carter might be the greatest dunker of all time, but even he didn’t attack the basket and JAM it during games like Jordan and Wade at their best. I grew up as a kid watching Michael Jordan, and I was in middle school and high school seeing young Dwyane Wade, and especially after Shaq got to Miami, and I grew up and live in South Florida, so I got to see every game, all 82 plus the playoffs, and Wade played like you were hearing and seeing the intro song to Space Jam. Every game, Wade was like 🎶 JAM! Come on Slam! And welcome to the JAM!🎶 And then you had Shaq jamming?! I remember 1 game that ‘04-05 season in Minnesota against the Timberwolves, Wade and Shaq both went off that night, and Shaq had like 8 dunks and Wade had like 7 dunks. They were jamming all night on that T Wolves team. Wade was dunking like a 6 foot 4 Shaquille O’Neal. That’s all they wanted to do, JAM! It was awesome dude.

He's a slasher who's either going to drive to the basket and score or draw contact. Don't blame the refs for Dallas not being able to stop him. Dallas had the chance to go up 3-0 , up like 12 going into the 4th and then they choke.

      In 2005, everybody knows if Wade didn't get hurt in the ECF vs. Detroit he'd have gone to the Finals at age 23 (Heat Had a 3-2 lead when he got hurt pretty bad). Although, I'm unsure who'd win between the 2005 Heat and 2005 Spurs, it would've been great to watch. Also with the fact he got hurt the year after the 2006 title, he basically never got the *chance* to repeat.

    The NBA has never seen a player who penetrates more than Dwyane Wade. Fouling him is the only way to prevent Wade from scoring. If Wade depended on his mid range game, he wouldn't have so many fouls called, because players can contest the shot and put a hand in his face to prevent the shot from falling without fouling. @IAmAHeater Well officials can't win games all by themselves, I'm sure Wade and other players had big plays outside the horrible officiating to win those games, as did the Lakers in 02. The disparity might be vast in your eyes, but bad calls are bad calls, and Wade's style of play hasn't gotten him to the line as much as that Finals. Refs don't call the same calls he was given in that series. Maybe the 02WCF was a bad comparisson on my part, but there was NOTHING fair about 06 Finals.

    @brandhot199 Adam Morrison has 2 rings. Ya rings matter but not always. Some of the greatest players in history dont have rings. Wade, Bron and Bosh will get theirs. But to be talkin about Wade's only final appearance to be givin to him and a fluke, is just stupid. He carried that team with a past his prime shaq, past his prime Alonzo Mourning and a bunch of role players. Give the man his respect. u'll see this year just the kind of player he is when he doesnt have to carry everything on his own

    @IAmAHeater How would I know why? I don't read minds, and won't speculate, all I know is it was still a bad officiated series. A fixed game doesn't just have to do with the league favoring players. Bets outside the league also have impact. A BIG impact on fixed series. Last year's finals was evened out with the bad calls and not as blatant as 06, or 02 or Game 7 in '10. Whatever the reason is, favored teams, bets, or just refs being stupid.

    @brandhot199 Wade is a slasher, he attacks the rim with crazy force. When you attack the rim like that your going to get fouls. I watched every minute of every game and i never saw a foul called on Wade that No other player got in the playoffs. He attacked every play. Show me a play where it was a phantom call and the NBA "GAVE HIM THE CALLS" and ill believe you. But When you are a superstar who attacks the rim (Jordan, LeBron, Kobe, Wade) your going to get foul called. Its been that way forever

    It isnt pretty hard to average 34.7 points when you are called " D-whistle" and he averaged like 20+ fts in that finals series, go look at those games, they are bullshit, refs handed wade atleast 15 fts every game

    There was a reason LeBron got the MVP, because he was far and away the best player in the league. Stats both basic and advanced will point to him having an all-time historical season in 08-09, and as great as Wade was, he just didn't have the same staggering impact and success on his team.

    • @jarvasedundy1
      @jarvasedundy1 8 лет назад +7

      Are you serious??? Wade missed the whole 07-08 they won 15 games. without him. missed the playoffs. He came back average 30ppg 6 rebounds. 7 assist. and 2.2 steals. And lead his team back to the playoffs. That's not impact on a team?????

      @@jarvasedundy1 big facts bro lol ppl dont understand the impact wade had on the league let alone the Heat. Wade brought Miami to the ECSF his freshman yr, and ECF his sophisticating. year while LBJ sat at home watching on the big screen
