nah, TF is nearly silent compared to races simply because of the much lower amount of cars on the track, that's why individual cars can be louder. we can be happy everything is allowed to be as loud as it is, the entire area around and inside the Nordschleife is a nature reserve after all.

BMW M1 Procar is one of the best sounding car I‘ve ever heard live. Additionally its also one of the loudest. Just some old Formula cars, the V10-F1 cars and the 4 disks rotary mazda Le Mans car sound equally good.
Always liked the BMW M1 ProCar. I've always thought it was a shame that BMW abandoned the platform. I think the ProCar teases what could have been had BMW continued the car and developed the car to its full potential.

Sind quasi offiziell Testfahrten, aber die lassen es da schon auch so richtig krachen! Ich hoffe dir genügt das als Antwort, wenn nicht nochmal Nachfragen. Es gibt da einige Videos von der Veranstaltung auf RUclips.

Kinda impressed me for a flat 6 to sound like that, usually don't care how high twin 6 engine can rev like alfa 155 or current f1, it still can't have that high pitch sound like inline 6 does, and one thing i love about inline 6 is that it capable to sound like a v12 since it's a twin inline 6.

Absolutely!!! I love sixinline much more than any V8. And the M88 Reihensechser is imo the best sounding engine of all Times. I heard nothing sounds better!
been very fortunate to work on a couple of these things,upgrading the roll cages,you don't realise how aesthetically gorgeous they are in the flesh,this is and always will be for me the OG "m" car.

The best, the beast. These BMW m1 are the top of the class. In le mans classic 2023, at the warming up, it is the most impressive ; gazoline, sound, the heat of the stand, the M1 procar are up level.
I was also visiting the AVD Old-timer Grand Prix in 2018. To this point I only knew the astonishing sound from sim racing but to hear it in person for the first time was so satisfying.

BMW is just the car i have been in one pretty basic engines inline six but they make them work and kick everyones ass legends of motorsports and they just sound great nothing else like it

I saw a BMW M1 at the Hockenheim Historic in Germany. Every time this car accelerated to the start/finish straight, it shakes the ground.
This car gives me tears. Such an iconic sound. This is THE sound I think of when someone says motorsport
