Yes, staying focused with all of the distractions. Staying present and fully aware. Bringing Science and Mystic together. We are always changing and growing. Under construction. I never knew you had a dark knight of the soul. Theres so many new terms for it these days. I like the suit analogy. Since Ive been on this path the same things been happening to me. My goal is to continue to change my thinking and to see the beautiful things ive done. I appreciate you and many other natives to the land like queen afua and all my other spiritual healers and guides. You even touched on repetitive thoughts. My repetitive thoughts have created a repetitive life so my goal is to break this thinking. This record player and move into what I know is a loving powerful fearless life that has my sense of normalcy i had before just more healed.

Your walk down memory lane was interesting to me because
1980 was the year I was "born again"...or became spirituality awakened !! My pastor at the time was David Lopes. ♥ RIP ♥ (I believe you knew each other. ) our church, FAITH HOUSE, was in Culver City. he talked about AGAPE and spoke to us about you and your teachings.
I have been following Dr Joe Dispenza and Bruce Lipton, recently Aaron ABKE, most of the people you mentioned. I attend AGAPE every Sunday via the "love stream". 💕 so many beautiful souls there. 💕
