Well the captions on this video are kinda trash. In the anime, she actually says she's just 'pretending to fight Reimu so she doesn't lose her job' so it's really just an act and she gets carried away with her rambling to the point Reimu genuinely gets annoyed before just bombing her.
I'm a big fan of Reimu's attitude: "If you get in my way, I'll smash your face in. I don't care about your story, motives, or justifications, I'm just going to hurt you. But, no grudges, because if the next time we meet , you ask me for help, I'll give it to you without hesitation"

If I had to give one criticism to Memories of Phantasm, is that a lot of their fights are too short, which makes them appear less interesting than it sounds. Sometimes fights just also happens off screen, which can also be disappointing.
