What you guys failed to mention is what to do if your door opens on the right or left. It makes a difference. Unscrew that bolt that holds the two pieces together and screw it back in once you determine which side of your door frame the lock will go on. I just learned this myself.
Yup. A right question for some places, but many places have frames that will easily slow you down long enough to not be the worth the time continuing to kick the same door vs moving on
Who remembers this guy from the First 48 show?

Isn’t it only as strong as the screws in the frame?

He has no idea how to kick down a door
Well he might look like Joe Pesci but he isn't Joe.
Wasn't really kicking against the flip lock. The door handle catch was taking the brunt of his kicks
Brings a screw driver lol
