Since switching to carnivore, I have grown to love beef liver and have fallen out of love with chicken. I cook my beef liver RARE - over high heat just a little browning on both sides. It's very tasty!!! But you have to trust the manufacturer if you eat it half raw. At our place, beef liver costs 3.20 Australian dollars for 1 kg (or 2.14 American dollars). Or 95 American cents for 1 pound.
It’s certainly a cheap cut of meat and I think you’re right about cooking it rare. What I cooked in the video I think was a bit over cooked but still very tasty. Thanks for sharing
I love organ meats! Grew up eating pickled beef tongue and heart. Mom fixed liver by frying in bacon grease with onions. Omit the onions and I'm good to go. I've started dehydrating liver to make a crunchy nutrious snack.
Excellent ! Both the video and the dishes 😂 I very much like the marrow and tongue, but I haven't eaten any since my childhood !! I eat liver regularly. I'd like to prepare some marrow, first. (carnivore since July)

Don't cook your liver so long. Try and cook it till it's about medium done.

Quick question , on the diet were you able to come off statins
I was never on statins. I was on blood pressure meds for 12 months prior to carnivore which I was able to get off just two months in
