Love the part about risk - we all have different risk tolerance, but no matter where you are on the spectrum of risk tolerance, if you combine it with curiosity, find someone / a community of people who are doing what you don’t know if you can do, and to be a source of guidance for us, keep taking small steps of action forward and making adjustments as we go, we will go so much farther than we could have ever imagined. I learned about capitalizing trends by jumping into boring markets like real estate. I appreciate your contribution to the community like your recent webinar about the bridge method. Made me realize that it is possible to build wealth from scratch as long as you have a plan.
I am currently saving up to get into the STR business. Unfortunately I let myself get distracted and discouraged. I’m learning how to keep my mind open to opportunities and you reminded me to let of go what the majority of the population thinks building wealth is 😊

I like how you explain things and learned about the idea of capitalizing on trends. I find myself always looking to the past wishing I’d done certain things. It takes both risk and some perception to be able to jump on things in the here and now.

I took out a mortgage and bought a studio unit at a condominium in the heart of the city. This is my first and currently only AirBnB. So far the income only covers my payments & Condo dues. Should I quit my job and focus on the business? Thanks for the words of inspiration.

The journalist asks, "Mr. Gates, what is the secret of your success?" In response, he handed her a blank check and asked her to write whatever amount she wanted on it. She refused, repeating the question, and even tore up the check. Bill Gates looked at her and answered the question, saying, "The secret of my success is that I do not miss any opportunities like you just did." I learned that opportunities are all around you, and it is up to you whether or not to take them or let them fly by.

Is it in America that people can borrow money without having to pay Interest and the interest is not increasing according to Interest Rates in the country??? I never understood that??? Not in Indonesia, interest can increase every year at the least?? 😮😮😮
