These 3rd gens sound great and fit my ears perfectly. For some reason, the AirPod Pro model with the silicon tips wouldn’t stay in my ears at all despite trying the different sizes Apple bundled with them, so I couldn’t use those. Much happier now with the new standard AirPods. I don’t really care for noise cancelling as a feature at all, in fact, I prefer hearing some of the outside noise for situational awareness when walking outside
@@JAFC49 Yea, I know, but since I didn't need the noise cancelling mode much and they actually fell out of my ears regardless of the size of silicon earbuds I've tried, there was no reason to keep them

Oh man, I feel you Marques! I’ve always wanted to use AirPods (and even the old regular earbuds), but they just fall right out of my ears every time I breath 🙃
@@Brizyy try using a different size tip. Also there are these tips that when you push them into the ear, they take on the shape and stay, so you get a perfect fit every time. They came on some Sony headphones I bought. It's not silicon. They are memory foam. The only time they loosen is when it's really hot outside an I sweat. I use them on my Galaxy Buds Pro which gives a better seal for noise canceling.
I REALLY appreciate this review, especially you're rapid fire review of some of the other 'comparable' products. Its great to get a quick look at the options and where their strengths and weaknesses are. It really locates these AirPods within the market.
I feel so greatful for these coming out. I feel like I'm the only one who can't stand silicone tip earbuds even though they're spreading everywhere. With the Airpods pro I thought that every company had moved over to silicone tip only earbuds and I had to stick with my older AirPods. Thankfully with the Gen 3 that isnt an issue anymore although I would like to see more companies have more options for different people. I'm the odd one in my family where my ear can only comfortably fit the hard plastic type and I have no problem wearing them, unlike silicone tips where they immediately fall out within 30 seconds.
I agree. I genuinely don’t like the feel of silicon tip so I was happy with my AirPods 1. But I recently lost them so I wasn’t sure whether to get the pro or AirPods 3
“…so they may have survived water in the past..” Yeah my pros have gone through the washer twice and amazingly still work. Definitely the best earbuds I’ve ever had.
I’ve dropped mine in the sink where they got thoroughly soaked to the point where they sounded muffled. I waited a couple days for them to dry out and they sound perfectly normal. I suspect they do survive water pretty well, but they don’t work so well right after a dunking.
I have never liked silicon tipped ear buds. So I was very happy to see there’s air pods that are basically pros but without the tips/noise cancellation. I already purchased them.
same here! Silicon tipped ear buds are incredibly uncomfortable to me and always have been...Was SUPER excited to see these announced. Will buy them this month for sure.
I loved the original air pod fit. I upgraded last year to the pros and really liked them but they weren’t as comfortable as the regular airpods were. I though I’d go back to the original and get the AirPods 3. I’m finding them to be 10x more uncomfortable than the pros ever were, and I’m definitely thinking about returning these and just going back to my pros.
@Julia Mathiasen I ended up taking them back. They sat completely outside my ear, and any adjustments were honestly painful. The plastic around the ear piece is weirdly rigid. It’s a bit strange because everything about them were bigger than the pros. I’d even say for like the $20 difference, they felt decently cheaper than my pros as well
I’m about to return my Pros 2 and was looking to see if the regular 3s were an option but people seem to be on the same page about the fit hurting their ear after a while. Will be keeping my AirPods 2 and be looking for a second set in case anything happens to my current ones
“Airpods are meant to sit right in the middle of the road” made me go oof.. The other day my airpod fell out of my pocket and I found it crushed into the road cement 😂
Same thing happened to my friend and his survived with some scratches, but the next day he forgot to take them out of his pocket so he “washed” them together with his clothes. And they came out dead lol

I once forgot my standard AirPods in my jeans, and washed them in the washingmachine. One hour later on a 40 c programme, i realised they where in there, and where afraid that was it for them. They worked just fine! Impressed! Just a story in addition to the section of you saying the AirPods 3 is ipx4 certificed - the standard AirPods are pretty waterressistant to. Great vid btw! 💪🏼
It takes a while them to brake. Oxidation takes time. Same goes for laptops. If you drop a water bottle to a laptop. It would probably survive but after a year or two it suddenly stops working:
I’m the other way around, I can’t handle the silicone tips from the pros, I gave them a try for a month and they gave me horrible headaches while the regular ones stay pretty good in my ears and they fit so perfect they even create a seal, so I’m looking forward for these, pretty excited!
So true dude, I dont understand how anyone likes those in-ear tips. Worst part is that most earphones today have them, super happy that apple dropped em.
One of the big wins for Airpods has always been the mics. How about a review video on wireless buds mic results? For example, Pixel Buds sound awful for recording... Airpods (even old ones) are 100% better for this. I'd love to hear which buds are best for audio recording and conference call mic output.
The sound is really better, but that’s noticeable only inside, not outside (when it’s quiet). The biggest dealbreaker for me and other friends is that when you run, you can’t just quickly hit your ear to skip next track. You have to either use watch or Siri (which is kinda okay, but not always convenient). I hope they will bring this feature back in gen4 Also, when using these for calls, you hear your own voice too much (that’s why I don’t want to buy pro, but thought that gen3 would have the same feel as gen2, where everything is fine). I bought them, but will probably give them away because of these drawbacks
thank you so much for this comment. I still own Gen 2s which I love, just want a little better sound quality. But I also run, and can see how this would be super annoying. I also talk on the phone with my airpods. Looks like I'll be holding onto the gen 2s a little longer :(
I’ll still stick to my Gen2 AirPods these things are tough, they’ve been dropped many times and even went through the full wash cycle and drying timer and still work perfectly fine. Pretty impressive
That's what I have, and they are super durable. I have also dropped the case and the airpods many times, including one of my airpods landing in a bucket of driveway sealant. I washed it, and it works fine 😂
Yeah, Air Pods 2 are tanks! Almost two years on, and still going strong! I use mine frequently, because I'm partially blind and use a screen reader on my phone. I try to be careful, but these things have been dropped, bounced, slept on, fallen through furniture cracks, etc. Anyone noticed how one pod can bounce like a bouncy ball? I had one bounce several feet away, and up on to a tallish table, where I didn't find it until the next day. If/when they finally do wear out/break, I'll be oddly sad. These pandemic pods have been through a lot with me, LOL!
@@hannah7280 Wow! That's pretty incredible! I keep expecting my case hinge to break every time I drop it and the pods go flying out ... nope! Still great so far, though the case is irritatingly scuffed, and I bet the pods are a bit as well!
for me, i'd take the hard plastic over the silicon tips any day and even deal with the pain that comes with them because the pros wouldnt stay in my ear for longer than 5 minutes if i was doing any kind of physical activity with them, and i even tried every ear tip size that came with them and still nothing worked. also, the price point was too steep for me to comfortably own them. i felt so guilty
Just got my pair today, upgrading from Gen 2. Honestly these sound amazing and fit perfect. And wireless charging is a big thing for me as well. (I know Gen 2 had a Wireless option too)
@river.w1 Yea they still fit good, since the the top is angled a bit downwards, it's is somewhat of a different fit, but still really good, and doesn't fall out of your ears (at least in my case.)
@river.w1 My advice would be to go to an apple store and ask to demo the Gen 3's. They'll let you try any apple product for free and then you can make the decision for yourself
I had the first edition airpods, and now I have the pros, and I LOVE them. I use them everyday. I was a bit skeptical on the silicone tips to begin with, since I’m usually a hard tip guy, but damn they changed my mind about silicone tips
Tbh that's probably more related to how apple made their in-ears. They aren't as intrusive as other in ears and they have also given them larger grills for audio to pass through. That way they are comfortable and the ambient mode sounds great. I come from a pair of galaxy buds+ which actually had a sound, battery life, controls and fit that I preferred but the downside was the quality of the ambient mode which was quite janky and the lack of multiple device connection
I love how the Pros fit in my ears, but when it came down to it I needed the longer battery life of the 3rd gen AirPods for making calls at work. And TBH the ANC and Transparency modes weren’t that essential to me. So for that reason I’m rocking the Gen 3 AirPods and loving them so far.
@Blurryy 3 to 4 hours And if I’m using them 12 hours a day (I have problems I know) I’ll have to charge them about 3 to 4 times and charge the case every 2.5 days
I can't tell you how many times I've tried telling people they don't have to drop so much bread on wireless earbuds, that there's other options. But it's like that concept just doesn't register with most people who aren't into tech. It's frustrating..
@@epitomicmess i bought my fake 1:1 gen2 airpods for $25. battery life never above 3 hours. sound quality is... fine. it works. I know I'm a cheap skate
Got mine last Tuesday and I’ve been mostly very pleased with them. I’m the opposite of Marques, the Pros just wouldn’t fit in my ears and I could never get a good seal with the silicone tips whereas the AirPods 1 and 2 would always sit very firmly in my ears with even vigorous rowing and running not able to unseat them. The AirPods 3 fit pretty much as well as before, I think the slightly more bulbous head of each bud makes them slightly tighter but they aren’t uncomfortable or anything. The charging case is good, it’s only fractionally larger than the AirPods 2 case, the only difference is it’s landscape rather than portrait now. Sound quality is better, with a fair bit more bass in the sound compared to the AirPods 2. I think they leak less sound too, I’ve taken them out and covered the sensors and slowly increased the volume until I could hear them and you can turn them up quite a bit before they’re audible. The only real criticism I have are the squeezable stems, which I didn’t like on the Pros either. With such small stems trying to quickly squeeze them 2 or 3 times to repeat or skip a track is quite fiddly and normally requires me to stop if I’m on exercise equipment. With the AirPods 1 and 2, I could just slap my left or right ear to go forward or back a track. It was much, much quicker and didn’t take so long that I’d have to stop exercising. Ideally, I’d like Apple to include both in the AirPods 4 so I can map volume up/down to the squeezable stems and I can carry on using the tap gestures for next/previous track.
I’m in the same boat when it comes to how they fit in the ear - would you recommend switching from gen 2 then? I’m considering that since my old Airpods last 3hrs tops, but is there a noticable improvement in sound quality?
@@kubamateusiak7724 i have the same question. AirPods Pro didn’t stay on, it would just slip off my ear. I tired all sizes and it still wouldn’t work. I’m considering getting air pods 3 but I don’t want to if it won’t fit well again loñ
@@CarlosPerez-co9jp I tried the 3rd gen and pros yesterday and I will say the 3rd gen are slightly bigger than the 1st/2nd gen. I think the plastic head is a bit more round rather than flat which makes it feel slightly bigger in the ear.
I wish I could use silicon tipped earbuds. No matter what I do, they always fall out. It’s incredible how subjective and different headphones can be for each person. Great review!
Yes, I want the hard tips. The silicone irritates my ear canals for longer use. But when I use hard tips, I can just wear them all day. I mean its nice to have that enclosed feeling when using silicone but they're not for me.
honestly the main advantage of the airpods is the fast and reliable connectivity. i've used other brands where they look the same and feel the same, but the connection is hit and miss. airpods work everytime, all the time, and that's largely because of the chip, which is hard to imitate. so i still prefer them over other ones because it's frustrating as hell to have to wait for a connection everytime you use wireless earbuds.
I remember being so skeptical when the 1st gen AirPods came out half decade ago with the iPhone 7 ..boy was I shocked how low they were able to get the latency on those. I’ve never looked back. I also preferred them to the pros initially but was gifted a pair last year and now don’t want to go back to not having noise-cancelling.
The Gen 2 work perfectly for me. They stay in my ear for 8 hours without any discomfort. Interestingly enough my coworker returned his Gen 3 AirPods because they were hurting his ears (his Gen 2 AirPods were a perfect fit for him).
I used Gen 1 everyday for 3 years and fit me perfectly. They started to die on me so recently upgraded to Gen 3. Fit is still good but after long periods I do notice my ears start to feel sore. Think I'm going to keep using and see if my ears adapt, because the sweat/water resistance is a must have for me (Gen 1's died from corrosion I think from sweat)
I’m noticing this problem also. My ears gets irritated from the discomfort after about 5 hours of use. At that point I just switch ears. But I love that they went back to the layout of the Gen 1 and 2s. I guess my ears are just too small.
iPhones can actually reverse wireless charge, as exemplified by the magsafe battery pack. If you charge the phone with the battery pack on, the battery will charge as well
Sounds like apple! Just like how the ip8 _finally_ got "quick charge" capabilities. Hardly mentioned and they sure didn't include a quick charger in the box :)
I've had my propulse pods 3 since the first week that 3rd gen airpods dropped and to this day i don't regret going clone! apple is waay to greedy with their earpods lol
For years I told myself I can’t use silicone tipped airpods, but bit the bullet and bought some Pros - best purchase I ever bought. Fits perfectly, and the noise cancellation is something that has to be experienced to really understand and appreciate. Can’t live without them now.
From someone who first had the OG air pods, went to the pros, hated them immensely bc of the silicon tips they legit fell out without me moving at all, to see the 3rd gen without them is a blessing to me
I was about to say, I’ve accidentally spent 20 minutes in the shower with one of them on and it was fine lol. I thought they were at least supposed to be sweat resistant
Excited about these, I prefer the hard tip, i use the original pods at work because they stay put. The pros sounds better, the noise cancellation is amazing, but they do not stay no matter which size fitting i use. These seem like the best of both worlds to me personally. Can’t wait to check them out.
I’ve had my third gen for about a week and at first they hurt my ears and I felt like they were always falling out, but after a few days I got more comfortable with them and they don’t really fall out anymore. Ig it depends on ur ear shape tho.
@@yuh2620 I like it okay but I haven’t tried the spatial audio box I still haven’t upgraded my phone lol. But for now I’m happy but I think that there r definitely other wireless earbuds for less that have better sound.
1:50 this is exactly what happens to me with every silicon tip earbud, which is why I prefer the og airpods/earpods design, and why I'd consider the airpods 3
3:45 Correction: iPhone 12’s and 13’s have the hardware and actually reverse wireless charge the MagSafe battery pack when you plug the lightning cable into the iPhones port. They just decided to lock it to that product only which is bizarre
But are you sure it is reverse wireless charging then? I would suspect that you are charging the bank over lightning and then when you disconnect the lightning you start charging the phone via magsafe.
@@SirMarxy Nah, there’s two options for charging your iPhone and MagSafe battery pack at the same time. The first option is kinda how you’re saying, you plug your lightning cable into the pack and then put your phone on it and both will charge. The second option is to plug the lightning cable into your iPhone while the battery pack is on the back, your iPhone will pass through charge to your pack that is currently unplugged, it’s pretty neat
Great review! I just picked up gen 3s yesterday. I am impressed with the bass quality! I look forward to getting to know them better. I would have gladly bought the pros, but I wear hearing aids and don’t want to have to take them out every time I use my Airpods. There are a great product for me!
Apple totally missed the opportunity to have removable silicone tips so you can either opt to have ANC or not any time of the day. I would love to have the airpods pro but I use headphones all the time now especially due to online classes so those silicone tips will definitely hurt. On the other hand using the airpods 3 doesnt feel immersive when I want to listen to music or watch a movie and you can still hear noise. The airpods 3 design is basically just a pro without the silicone tips.
Airpods 3 fit my lifestyle. I already tried running in them and they fit perfectly! I did multiple tests shaking my head like I was at a carti concert and they never fell out. If you are interested, I recommend buying them at Apple and testing how they fit. If they don't work for you, just return them. Apple has a 14-day return policy so you'll be good.
airpods as a company is valued so high just because its associated with Apple. stat wouldn’t be close to that if airpods were a different company not related to apple at all
I did like having my AirPods Pro for a while with the noise-cancelling feature… that is, until they started falling out of my ears every time I put them in. I also found the silicone tips to be very uncomfortable. So I just brought the 3rd gen AirPods and I absolutely love them 😍
I’ve gone through 3 pairs of AirPods Pro. The ANC was always the first to crap out after a few months. They tanked again and I decided to go with the AirPods 3 and honestly they fit great. I realized I don’t need the bells and whistles of the pro and they sound fine and saved a few bucks.
I lost one of my original air pod pros so I upgraded to these and I will forever miss the ANC. While the sound on these things makes me feel amazing, blows my mind and I rock out everytime listening to them.. I get really upset when I’m in a car and I can hear other peoples music blasting in the background. the only option I get to block it out now is ocean sounds or dark noise… Yeah nah that really sucks now.
Hey Marques, this is the first time you didn't make a video on the Bose QC. They have a new QC 45. I have been looking forward for the same. Are they not worth reviewing?
Lol mine too I left my Pros emerged in water for 3+ hours and they were fine There was water in the case and all, I remember the left one was not working at that moment, left them to dry out for a day and they seemed fine after that. Still going strong 💪
I´ve had 1gen for almost 3 years now, and I change to 3 gen yesterday. It was like going from Sony walkman in the 90´s to Bose QC 45. Blew my mind. Specially if you crank up the bass and diskant in EQ settings on Spotify....... Hallelujah....
WoW. I haven’t a clue about who did MKBHD’s new set design, but it is fire. The orange/ red back light really brings out his brown skin. Movie glow soft. Brilliant ambient lighting too!!. Maybe the new Red helped as well? IDK. I do know that the set makes the Red seem like money well spent. Very sound review of the new AirPods as well. Keep up the good work.
I still love my airpods pro. Though I was hesitant at first, because I was so used to the wired ones (they fit easily to my ears and hated any silicone tip earphones). Then I bought it and the first few weeks, quite hated them because they always fell from my ears. But after a more few weeks/months of using it (a bit of research on how to use it 101), 😅 I have grown to love it. 😍 And couldn’t be more satisfied especially with the noise cancelling feature. For me, that was the best part. ❤️❤️❤️
As some who has cauliflower on my right ear, the silicon tips helps soo much to keep the buds in my ear without having to constantly worry about them falling out.
Had mine for about over a week coming back to this vid to confirm your not cheating out by going for these as they are just as good as pros if not better really enjoying spatial audio
Fun fact: Blessing by big Sean on Apple Music with just drake and him uses the Kanye version in the atmos mix. Spacial audio off, the ending is drake fading, the ending with spacial audio on has Kanye join and take a breath for his verse and it cuts him off abruptly
Honestly, I cannot complain with my AirPods Pro. I work in food service transportation and just the seal of the Pro’s drowns out about 80% of the noise from my truck engine without noise canceling. My LOVE that I can just place the case next to my iPhone and get battery % on the screen. I use that feature every time I pull them out. The adaptive EQ is honestly pretty good and songs do vary with it. Vocals are more pronounced on rock songs and bass actually hits on rap songs. Transparency is just magical. I use it every time I’m delivering to an account and I hear everything. Calls and FaceTime are also excellent with them. My real only gripe is battery life. Which I get about 4 hours of use before they’re dead. If they got like 6 hours they’d pretty much be perfect. Honestly love them. Patiently waiting for next version to see what Apple does with them! Oh, and the announce feature with Siri is also fantastic! I love that I don’t have to touch anything when I get an important message and it’s read out to me and I can easily reply with my voice. Calling and texting with Siri is also super easy and fucking awesome!
I’m with you 100%. I got my AirPods Pro just after they updated it with wireless charging and outside of gaming, I can’t bring myself to pick up any other headphones anymore. Audiophiles always wanna say they don’t sound the best or whatever, but to my ears (as a musician and semi-producer for over a decade) they sound fantastic. Sony and others probably have them beat as far as sound customization and all that and that’s fine, but the AP Pros are just so convenient, and the vented design they have make them feel much better than other buds in the ears
I love my AirPods Pro! I like the features, they fit me well in my ears, and they last a while so I can wear them from waking up, going to the gym, then heading to school or work. It’s just a very convenient and good headphone design.
@@shawng4886 there's nothing to explain. AirPods/ Airpods Pro outdo everything else out there in every way except for sound profile options. He's just a loser that hates seeing people happy
I love the Pro and Standard for different reasons. If I need to block out a bunch of noise up to running a lawnmower or sitting in a plane, the pros are fantastic. I use the standards for listening to podcasts while falling asleep since my ears breath better with them. They standards are also much better for surrounding sounds than transparency mode is in the pros.
Best sound quality I've gotten out of Apple has been the Lighting in Box Earpods, they had more detail than the Airpods. I'd be using the Wired Earpods now if they were USB C.
@@antonhelsgaun listen to Lighting in Box, and Gen 1&2 Airpods, and you'll see what I mean. I'm having a really bad issue with the gen 3 airpods not staying in my ear. they constantly slide out and the 2nd gen fit my ear perfectly. I've had them for a week and I'm going to have to return them for this reason
Three generations in and still missing the most basic feature that the wired versions had... volume control. That is, unless you enjoy doing this: "Hey Siri... tell everyone in the room that I want to raise the volume by 30%.... actually back down 10%.... meh... close enough."
Sadly, I thought the same exact thing yesterday while wearing my wired headphones and adjusting the volume with EASE. Knowing Apple, they’ll probably begin with bass adjustment, then treble…we’ll see volume on AirPods 7 or 8.
Double my purchase price and keep another device on me and charged just so I can change the volume on my headphones... let me get right on that ;) Edit: Also, I actually did try that a while back. Problem is the crown only changes the volume if the watch is on just the right screen... always. Which isn't feasible and completely defeats the purpose.
I'm happy with my AirPods Pro. I've never tried wireless earbuds without silicone tips. I don't want to spend my money knowing they could potentially fall out my ears, it's terrifying. Good review man!
Just got them, I’m fan already! Sound is excellent and I don’t like fully blocking my ear from outside noises. But these still keep enough out as well. Deep bass also!

I’ve dropped mine in the sink where they got thoroughly soaked to the point where they sounded muffled. I waited a couple days for them to dry out and they sound perfectly normal. I suspect they do survive water pretty well, but they don’t work so well right after a dunking.

@@TheTechSwedePeter I think DankPods did a video about it
The sound is really better, but that’s noticeable only inside, not outside (when it’s quiet). The biggest dealbreaker for me and other friends is that when you run, you can’t just quickly hit your ear to skip next track. You have to either use watch or Siri (which is kinda okay, but not always convenient). I hope they will bring this feature back in gen4
Also, when using these for calls, you hear your own voice too much (that’s why I don’t want to buy pro, but thought that gen3 would have the same feel as gen2, where everything is fine).

I try to be careful, but these things have been dropped, bounced, slept on, fallen through furniture cracks, etc. Anyone noticed how one pod can bounce like a bouncy ball? Same here! And I wasn’t sure about the silicone tips either, but I just LOVE my AirPods now!

I’m considering that since my old Airpods last 3hrs tops, but is there a noticable improvement in sound quality?

honestly the main advantage of the airpods is the fast and reliable connectivity. i've used other brands where they look the same and feel the same, but the connection is hit and miss. airpods work everytime, all the time, and that's largely because of the chip, which is hard to imitate. so i still prefer them over other ones because it's frustrating as hell to have to wait for a connection everytime you use wireless earbuds.

As some who has cauliflower on my right ear, the silicon tips helps soo much to keep the buds in my ear without having to constantly worry about them falling out.
I’ve been waiting for you to do a review on these, finally 😌
Had mine for about over a week coming back to this vid to confirm your not cheating out by going for these as they are just as good as pros if not better really enjoying spatial audio
Fun fact: Blessing by big Sean on Apple Music with just drake and him uses the Kanye version in the atmos mix. Spacial audio off, the ending is drake fading, the ending with spacial audio on has Kanye join and take a breath for his verse and it cuts him off abruptly
Special audio or Spatial audio ? hehehe
@@Falcos01 oops 🤷♂️
It’s really impressive that you could do this on the MacBook Pro!
You could do that any type of modern device.
I guess
@@cristianflores1588 You could also walk across Texas but you wouldn't.
@@cristianflores1588 not necessarily because of the R3D footage
I love how people are writing paragraphs about there AirPods that aren’t good but he design
@@musaabusman6335 AirPods aren’t good? Please explain…
@@shawng4886 there's nothing to explain. AirPods/ Airpods Pro outdo everything else out there in every way except for sound profile options. He's just a loser that hates seeing people happy
The bit at 1:56 makes me laugh 😂😂😂 Marques' headshake and then expression is so funny. I have this issue too!
Finally Man it's time to see your review waiting for such a long time
me too lol
Nice smooth delivery, non salesperson evaluations , honest, accurate, a little futuristic at times, bring on more
Waiting for the beats fit review those are on a whole other level
I love the Pro and Standard for different reasons. If I need to block out a bunch of noise up to running a lawnmower or sitting in a plane, the pros are fantastic. I use the standards for listening to podcasts while falling asleep since my ears breath better with them. They standards are also much better for surrounding sounds than transparency mode is in the pros.
If anyone wants to hear solid spatial audio music, Steven Wilson has some great atmos mixes. Learning to Fly by Pink Floyd also sounds really great.
Best sound quality I've gotten out of Apple has been the Lighting in Box Earpods, they had more detail than the Airpods. I'd be using the Wired Earpods now if they were USB C.
Mane if you care about the sound quality, lightning in box really aren't the way to go
@@antonhelsgaun listen to Lighting in Box, and Gen 1&2 Airpods, and you'll see what I mean. Powering the Drivers straight from the phone gives the Lighting Earpods more Mids than any Airpods I've listened to yet. When you want something quick to listen to that's not in ear, Earpods sound legitimately better than Airpods, and that's why I liked them
I'm having a really bad issue with the gen 3 airpods not staying in my ear. they constantly slide out and the 2nd gen fit my ear perfectly. I've had them for a week and I'm going to have to return them for this reason
They let you try them on at the Apple Store before buying
@@Brazillianboi69 not everyone lives close to an apple store. The closest one near me is 2 hours away
@@Brazillianboi69 Really? How you tell them?
@@Brazillianboi69 I had preordered them so I had no opportunity to try them on since my current AirPods battery life sucks lol

Hi, did you try them? How do they fit compared to the wired ones?
@@a-force6021 they fit really big in the ears
Always liked your videos.
They are so clean with professional looking a and b roll and every video is a treat.
Gotta watch em all🤾
Keep it up ❤️
I’m Pretty sure the iPhones with MagSafe CAN reverse charge.
The only thing it does work with is the Apple MagSafe battery charger.
what do you mean you’re sure? iPhone 12 actually does reverse charge the Magsafe battery pack.
first time ever on RUclips that i actually eager and waiting for a review from a specific youtuber:)
Love my AirPods Pro because of the fit in the ear. But I wish they would add volume control on them!
OMGOMGOKGOMG yes
just say hey siri turn down volume
The first time I’m using something even before an MKBHD review comes out. Loving my AirPods 3. Spacial audio is something else👌🏼
Three generations in and still missing the most basic feature that the wired versions had... volume control. That is, unless you enjoy doing this: "Hey Siri... tell everyone in the room that I want to raise the volume by 30%.... actually back down 10%.... meh... close enough."
Get an Apple Watch then you can control volume, browse playlists and much more.
Sadly, I thought the same exact thing yesterday while wearing my wired headphones and adjusting the volume with EASE. Knowing Apple, they’ll probably begin with bass adjustment, then treble…we’ll see volume on AirPods 7 or 8.
You can solve this problem by buying an apple watch - sent by Tim Apple
Double my purchase price and keep another device on me and charged just so I can change the volume on my headphones... let me get right on that ;)
Edit: Also, I actually did try that a while back.
