Registered Dietitian here! Just FYI - natural flavors are perfectly safe and not something that needs to be avoided for any reason. I know you mention it often, so just wanted to let everyone know. Also, avocado oil is no “better for you” than other vegetable oils. Coconut oil is actually “worse” because of the saturated fat content. Happy Fall🎃

I find the maple oat milk way too sweet. Best to put your own maple syrup in your oat milk. The pumpkin walks into the bar is my good. Waiting for the pumpkin pie poptarts and puff pastrt.

Temps have dropped here and I am sooo here for this Fall/pumpkin preview haul. I love that GT’s kombucha. I dare to say it is my all time absolute favorite flavor of all they kombucha I’ve had. I was in TJ’s this past week, saw that Indian sauce but passed on it; something told me it would be good. Ugh. I’m going back Sunday, for customer appreciation day at my local store and I pray it’s in stock. What I didn’t see is the green goddess seasoning. I would love to find that too. Please let us know when TJ brings back the apple cider cake donuts. These donuts are so yummy and freeze / reheat well. I noticed my TJ store has cut back on baked goods and no longer have a display table next to the specialty bread area. They have moved their small amount of bakery goods on to shelves near the flour tortillas.... keep a close lookout so you don’t miss your favorites!
I started working at trader joes 2 weeks ago and I still love watching your hauls on the new products. Super excited that vegan mayo is back. We nearly sold out the first day we had it back. I grabbed 2 jars for my mom as she's been missing it.
Hey Katie, in pakistan we take some of the garlic achar and stir fry it with steamed cauliflower! Makes the most delicious dish and you could add some paneer too if you want

I bought the Green Goddess seasoning and love it! I made an Italian dressing with it. Cucumber, tomato and onion salad. Plan on using it on potatoes. So yummy!!

Broke down and bought the Sour Jelly Beans. Yummy!!!! I bought 2…will need more. Passed on the new dog treats for my dogs’ favs instead. May have to grab the new ones next time if they still have them. Also bought 2 more Honey crisp Apple candles. They are just awesome…I still have two in my cupboard from last year otherwise I would have purchased more! 😂. Always by the Ciabatta. It’s my fams fav. I freeze it after slicing as I purchase numerous loaves at a time. Freezes very well! Looking forward to the taste tests!!!!
I do not have a barbecue and my friends don't either. How else can you prepare the kebobs? I don't have any special fryer either. Just have a regular frying pan and a regular oven.
