I agree with you-but I would say No1is more often performed. Technically I think No 2 is more demanding, needing very proficient performers throughout.

Dear Thomas Hoppe, thank you for uploading this recording and all the other marvelous recordings of Atos Trio on youtube. Ever since I discovered Atos Trio on RUclips about 2 years ago, you've been my favorite contemporary trio ensamble. Even in comparison to other great trio ensembles like the Trio Beaux Arts, I still have to hear a trio ensemble who's performances give me more pleasure to listen to. You musicianship and the unityo f your ensemble playing are a shear delight to listen you. What a shame I live in a country (South Africa) where the change of ever hearing you live is about zero.
