So i need to buy all 4 of these lenses? I like taking pictures of people running and playing sports and people running that would be sweet but i need your opinion
The Sigma Art 50 1.4 is an awesome upgrade from the Nifty 50, and one of my favorite lenses. I have this 16 - 35 2.8, the Sigma 50 and the 70 - 200 2.8 to cover my needs
I don't have no full frame camera just yet but i love my Canon 80d and i just need a few lenses to put in my bag so i can start taking pictures of my nephews and nieces
I used the 16-35 f/2.8 mk lll on the 5D4 for most of my shooting more than the 24-105 f/4 mk ll because it give me more composition flexibility and love the image quality. Pair with the 70-200 f/4 L ll and Lumix 100 for my holiday travelling its just perfect for me.
I want a lens for my 90d and my wife told me to buy this lens but i had to make sure i was buying the right lens. I don't have no camera lens yet but my wife told me to look at your video and you said the picture quality is the truth so i want to buy me like 4 lenses and call it a day
Wow i was told to buy those same 3 lenses well I'm new to the camera game and i want you to help me pick the right canon lens for my canon 80d. I heard the L series lens is a great lens but since you're a photographer please help me out
It depends on if you need the wider aperture. I often take photos of the night sky, where that f/2.8 is really helpful. It's hard to say one lens is objectively better than the other without knowing how it'll be used.
@@GrantTakesPictures , so did you end up buying one? My sister gave me one, and I have to say it’s not that great. Yeah, it’s f/2.8, but wide open the image quality is not very competitive-very soft away from center and low contrast. I wondered if mine was a bad one until I dug up a bunch of reviews on this old lens. Suffice to say, there are much better options available, and I’m looking to upgrade.
YOU’RE RIGHT!
Same thinking.. 24-70 gone and stay with 16-35, 50 and 70-200
I still haven't pulled the trigger on doing this, but maybe when I pick up my camera again I will.

Same
You nearly read my mind. I lost my 24 - 70 and i am buying the 16 - 35mm as a replacement instead

Tell us about weddings. Event photos. Family portraits. Thanks
I have the same thought about the 24-70
Love the ef16-35 mk2 adapted onto the R6 👍👍

If you stop it down from 2.8 the vignetting should decrease accordingly.
You can sell me your 24-70 and your 70-200 right now
EF 16-35 F4 IS much better than this.
Maybe for video but not for photography
@@specops1903 expectually for photography. It is sharper.
@@dusan8154 what the hell is expectually
