Atlas Lathe, 12 Inch Quick Change, Walk-Around (with Chuck Run Out Testing)

I bought this 12 inch Atlas Quick Change lathe and its accessories in 2007 from a friend for $650.
It had been sitting idle for at least 20 years at that time. I put it into my shop and barely even powered it up. Then, in about 2020, when I bought new final drive belts. I finally installed those belts. Then it sat there again until just now (August of 2022) and I started checking it out. So , Here's what I have found so far---
