Not a fan of bayern munich(actually hate them) but to be honest and fair they have been really unlucky in ucl finals despite dominating their rivals. imo they should have won 1999 & 2012 ucls as well

After VAR they finally started enforcing it, but the rule didn't change at all, it already existed. In other continents it has been enforced since long before VAR though
