I think the drama of cultural competition instead of gladly turning your lemons into lemonade makes a huge difference. It's all about celebrating everything while treating everyone as another human being.
En República Dominicana la familia es tan importante que los hijos nunca se van de la casa de sus papás, en el sentido de que tienen que ver o hablar con ellos por lo menos 3 veces a la semana.
Asi es y casi siempre SE Casan pero buscan una casa cerca de la casa materna para siempre estar en contacto dandose apoyo de hecho casi todos fuimos criados por nuestros padres y abuelos y somos familia numerosas.
