My favorite way of farming Telvar is camping scamp locations. I can check my email in NO CP. while farming.

I already have every daily imperial city quest banked and ready to cash in one per day for the event ticket. Not bothered about Telvar stones, I have over a million of them banked.
I haven't even put a single foot on Cyrodiil so far and i'? CP 950. I just never felt i needed but now i have a reason thx to this event.
My routine is free some prisoners, then do some sneaky sneak scouting

How to earn AP fast? I am at Warlorld level and would like to get to Overlord but it levels sooooo slowly even with xp scrolls...I feel other people somehow make waaay more AP way faster
1) visit delves in Cyrodill. Killing boss there gives you AP buff for some time.
2) use Colovian War Torto or its better versions(I don't know how it is exactly spelled in English, this is not my first language)
3) try to encorporate Mora's Whisper into your build. It is allowed in CP campaigns and also gives an AP boost, if you collected enough books for the Mages Guild.
XP scrolls can't help you with AP gain. And it is AP you need, not XP to progress your rank

Also, timing is important in cyrodil. It's like a tide where each alliance pushes out and takes keeps, then gets pushed back and loses keeps. Make sure you're playing when your alliance is pushing out and use group heals to soak up some more.

The imperial city and cyrodill daily quests aren't that bad, when people aren't actively camping out at turn in locations to farm PVE players. This is, hands down, the worst event in the game. Forced PVP bullshit is so evil. The sheer amount of time I've had to spend going "which toxic group is camping today, which alt do I need to go on so I can actually compete this today".

I have a sorc with 35k resistance, 17k penetration unbuffed, and 4k weapon damage. That's before I hit my ultimate which then I get 30k pen and 7k damage for 20 seconds. See ya round. 😂😂
