    My name is Duncan and I am a Maths Graduate in Scotland with a passion for maths and relaxation! I am an ASMR RUclipsr and plan to go on to teach maths at high school level in the coming years.     25:40 the hyp cannot be shorter than the other sides. 7/cos(40) would be right. 😊

      My mistake!!! Yes, the hypotenuse in this question could be:
      hyp = 7/cos(40)
      = 9.14 cm

    Adjescent=Base

    P=Perpendicular
    H=Hypotenuse
    B=Base
    Its for all tan,cot sec....

    I’d like to see a bit of 2d conical functions such as parabola, ellipse, hyperbola, circumference, their equation and all their parts in the Cartesian plane! i found them very fascinating as all math, keep up the good work❤

    Im taking my GCSEs next year, and my mocks in a couple weeks. Im currently catching up after a long illness-related absence and the asmr factor makes maths so much more bearable! Dido, I can’t express how much you’re a lifesaver. Thank you for these videos

    i’m doing maths gcse and seriously love trig!! another great video from dido! would be awesome to cover sine and cosine rule in another video!!!!

    Can you do video where you rate different mathematical subjects like
    Algebra
    Trigonometry
    Probability/statistics
    Vectors & matrices
    Discrete math
    Etc....

    You should do this for imaginary numbers and other things that come up on final exams, you teach way better than any teacher I’ve encountered 😭

    My maths exam is tomorrow and I'm counting this is revision. Trig identities are the bane of my existence in exams. Having to remember them and use the correct ones, I suck at it 😭

    25:21 I think its adj/cos = hypotenuse, coz algebra. But also because how can the hypotenuse be bigger than the adjecent.
