Brocks damage boost is literally better than the hypercharge ability
maby if the damage went up to 800 damage instead of 500 then it could be better and with the more rocket star power could give 1 or 2 more volleys

@@sebastianzarek7056 i say 800 because brocks normal super does arround 1600 a hit and your likely to hit with only 2 maby 3 rockets per barrage so i think 800 is justifiable and if not they'll tone it down with nerfs.
@@boomking2947 Normal super's total damage is about 13k at best, with current Hyper it's about 13.8k or sth like that. 600 (+20%) would mean a total of 16.5k or sth like that. That's a fair increase, tho I'd say 700 would be even better with about 20k total damage. with your 800 damage it'd almost double normal super damage, which with more consistency of the hypercharge would be super deadly and broken imo.
@@sebastianzarek7056 still i main brock and i wouldn't mind brock being atop the meta. plus its a hypercharge its meant to be extreme and strong and unfair towards those not using hypercharge and people will be reasonably quick to try and dodge brocks hypercharge so 800 seems like a reasonable number
as a brock main, i felt a bit disappointed when i deployed a hypercharged super on top of two enemies but wasn't able to kill them.

brock's super is made to be able to easily turn a large area into a free kill zone that is practically impossible to leave without taking 1 or 2 rockets in the face
brock's hyper makes said 1 or 2 rockets in the face deal practically no damage, then compare this to some other broken hypers and you will se why its disappointing

So first, It's very easy to Dodge, what the hyper makes Harder, it's controling areas was easier, Second: hypers shouldn't be OP, thats why they're getting nerved to the ground

buzz and crow dont one shot with there hypercharge but if used right it issss a free kill.
the game devs dont care if you can one shot someone or not those got nerfed cause they were too oppressive, ie completely dominated games with no counterplay. even if brocks hyper charge did infinite damage supers it wouldnt be as oppressive itd still be less op than fangs was. (besides stationary targets like the heist safe)

i think the shtick behind Brock's Hypercharge effect is that it prevents rockets being dodgeable within the Super's area (so it isn't that your Super does nothing because the shot out rockets missed and you died early or got interrupted in a different way)
could the damage be tuned? maaaybe, not sure
I think what they were aiming to do with Brock's hypercharge was make his super better for area control. With the rockets hitting the ground at the same time rather than being staggered, you're now guaranteed to get some value with it

The thing is, the normal super is really slow and gives a ton of time to dodge, but the hypercharge makes that way harder, upping the damage that people actually end up taking
You said the same thing for belle's hypercharge which ended up getting a massive nerf in this update.
belle's hypercharge is bad but the stats boost is good, thats why it got nerfed

@@xB107x It more or less means the same since the stats buffs are a part of the hypercharge. Brock's hypercharge will affect him in a similar manner I believe. If a brawler gets a bad hypercharge, Nuubz just says that the brawler itself is uselss. Pretty casual perspective

At this point they should implement a season brawler pass that will get every new brawler upon release instead of doing each individual
Hypercharges got so nerfed in general that they'll be used for only like 1 super per hc, 2 if you're lucky.
Of Course it is i was expecting him to shoot homing rockets that got throw walls and seek enemies no stop

In my opinion, brock's hypercharged is balanced. I don't know why a lot of people don't like it. Sure the damage isn't great, but it would be too overpowered if they buff the damage of his normal super. It also allows better consistency of hitting his super. Please don't attack me, this is my personal opinion
4:40 I read patch notes where they talked about his gadget and they said that he apperantly cant walk a ball and score this way but I dont know how is it supposed to work
One nerf to dracos gadget without changing it to much could be that supers and maybe gadgets can go through his invincibility

I’m pretty sure Brock’s HC actually does more dmg than his normal super by a tiny amount if all the rockets hit (the HC is still trash tho)

After watching Bobby’s video about the new Hypercharges, I accepted that Brock’s Hypercharge was one of the worst ones coming in this update. I still unlocked it because I like playing Brock. I’ll just hold out hope it gets buffed in the future.

The least they can do for his hypercharge super is either one of these:
1) increase his AOE radius
2) his super can be use twice but it deals 30% less dmg for each cast
3) leaves a big fire radius (boring but kinda usefull)

They should have gave Brock a bigger AOE for his super an instead of give the same stats as everyone with speed, damage an shield they should have when with:
20% Projectile speed
25% Damage
20% Reload speed
An rename the HC Rocket Force instead of Rocket barrage 👍👍👍
