I feel developing world approach was incorrect. People read a lot in these countries problem is we have not reached out to them. If they have resources to read online this can be game changer.

I am not sure about Teens as a segment that have alot of time, especially with teens completely busy with school reading, college reading (which is 4 + books a month)
