- Now here's one fine Pete. I know most of you guys have seen Vinnie's Pete in mags, but take a look at it going down the road . I filmed it during production of North American Show Trucks vol. 4 down in wildwood Florida at the 75 Chrome Shop truck show. Let me know what you think. I've never met Vinnie in person, but I hear he is a nice guy, his fleet of trucks are top notch! And to the little boys talking shit behind the keyboard....jealousy and hating will get you nowhere. Grow up!!

had flattop/small sleepers. Now that percentage is lower but ppl still love their flattop and their midroof sleepers

Fine ride,Vinnie. Ignore all the stupid comments. I also ride with the seat all down. That's the purpose of AIR SUSPENSION! Fuck sitting on a air-filled pogo stick that slams into the floor, then breaks your'e neck or gives a concussion from the ceiling. Always wanted to operate a fine ride like that,never will, but enjoy seeing them, and glad someone's out there representing. STILEING AND PROFILING.

@pridification They are by the taillights on the tractor and hook underneath the trailer in front of the landing gear. I install them all the time.

@ chris lambert That truck has at least 4 batteries. The engine moves the truck not a generator. Trains have a diesel powered generator to power the electric motors that move it.

@stiffy36 I tried puttin air in the seat once, felt like i was gonna fall out the window and couldn't keep a straight line down the road. You can't stop in 10 feet so you don't need to see 10 feet in front of you... Good truckers are always lookin 1/2 mile ahead or more

@MommyBird10 i got low ride bostroms too and i dont usually have any air in them...i see just fine, just a comfort preference, mirror angles help too...not tryin to be a ball buster or anything or be a smart ass with ya. but i dont have any trouble...i've got the older dash in my pete which sits lower than the new style ergo dash, but as far as mine goes i can see everything
I miss sitting low used to drive a Pete for another company but my new company I run a Columbia so no sitting low

That's a beautiful big rig,I only wished they had put the sound of the truck in more the just the music. No offense,but the sound of whatever diesel he's running is music to my ears.

nice way of tucking those air lines... how is it possible?
It is actually a weight differential... if your weight is concentrated on two sets close together, more weight is in one place... separate them, as the trailers have done NOW, and your total weight across bridges is less....the same total weight spread out over more distance means less stress on that bridge :)

i was wondering if he had this kind of bumper due to his truck being so low but look at 0:43 sec and you will see him raise his bumper up so he wont scrape!! i saw these alot when i went to most truck stops for the night and they are NOT CHEAP!!

Its to bad we have all the dam emission law now days.when I got into trucking back in the late 70tes it was a thrill to see black smoke coming out those stack's.now we have sissified truck automatic and .computerise truck.
