Hi Susan and Desi! Well I finally did it. I got my divorce after 32 years of abuse and neglect. Thought it would never ever happen. But it did. Last year a light switch happened to me and I told myself I'm done. The day after my son's wedding I started walking. I've lost 24lbs and still losing. Went down 3 dress sizes. I bought prettier, more stylish clothes. Started wearing makeup every day (thanks to your encouragement Susan) and changed my life. In 2 weeks I move into my own brand new mobile home. I just can't afford a stick built around here. So my new life begins. I give God all the glory as he has orchestrated every single step along the way. Thank you for leading the pack Susan and letting us know we WILL be ok with or without a man. Love you and Desi to the moon and back!!!! PS. I love your hair color now, it looks amazing and so do you! Congratulations on the weight loss!!!
I'm so happy for you that your life isn't being spent with someone who treated you badly and made you feel trapped. You're really brave and I hope that every day brings you joy. Congratulations.
My mind says your in your thirty’s and my body laughs and keeps me reminded that I will be 74 soon. I bought an orange car, got hippie items for it and I now wear bright cloths and love it. I work part time in a nursing home and tell them all that they can dress in bright cloths. I am seeing changes in a lot of the residents. Hippies new about peace and fun. That’s what I’m doing. The residents have nicked named me “ the happy hippie”! The changes are very beautiful . Continue on girlfriend!!!
Well...last Wednesday I was 69 and then Thursday I was 70. I wore a pretty red poplin dress from Banana Republic and made my way to a nice restaurant on the Boston waterfront. All heads turned to look at me, and when I sat down all I could see was a sea of neutrals and the Boston harbor. Color is shocking I guess in Boston. LOL I am retired, but I go to my gym every day, nearly. I seem to be enjoying my life. Last week also my husband got a blood test, and both his Oncologist and Urologist gave him a clean bill of health. No cancer detected. That was enough for us to celebrate. Tomorrow is our 41st Anniversary and it is back to Boston for some more celebrations. So now I just enjoy and savoring every single day doing what I like and spending time with my husband, Jim, although he is still working at 71. I have reached all my goals and now it is time to relax and enjoy doing whatever I like. We visit family and friends occasionally not only the next generation (nephews and nieces) but their children now too. We go to the movies or to a concert or out to eat, whatever suits us. We have no more ties, no more responsibilities. Life is good.
No, don't go darker with your hair. Lighter. You'd look smashing with lighter, blonder hair! When covid hit, i couldn't go to my hairdresser for my $120 color. I was a very dark auburn all my life. So, i bit the bullet and let it go gray. I struggled. A lot! But now, 2 years later, im completely white. I get SO MANY compliments on my hair!!! Im 66. A sassy haircut, a sassy attitude, im really content! My husband left me after 30+ years for actually an older woman but she had MONEY! Im enjoying life for the first time in my life!
I am so happy for you! Sometimes the person we can’t imagine living without, we can. We can even soar. It seems , to me, that after decades of marriage we don’t give any thought to the things that have been weighing us down for years. Some things like lack of goodwill, humor, courtesy, thoughtfulness, emotional support, physical affection have left us expecting less and less from the man who supposedly loves us. When I mention physical affection I do not mean sex, I mean a sweet kiss hello or goodbye. a warm hug , holding hands as we walk, a loving touch that conveys exactly that, love. Desire and love are not the same. And so, here you are! I venture to guess that the woman who has him now is welcome to him
@@maryabdel-malik656 Look around at older women with dyed jet black hair. That’s how you used to look. Scary, right? My friend just recently poured her black hair dye down the drain. She is so happy to not have to keep up with coloring grey roots every few weeks.
@@sharondoan1447 I went lighter few years back when I turned forty, lighter colors suit me much better I also don’t like grey hair on me it washes me out I look pale & sickly
Susan Im 70 yrs old knowing I'm not young anymore but yet I found myself smiling at this handsome electrician at a bank drive thru!! He smiled back when he caught me smiling and said " well hi there!!" I said " yes; your good looking". He giggled saying " pull over and park your car and let's talk!!". I said " No; I'm too shy" he giggled saying " Don't go you come back here I want your number!!". Susan; it was soooo fun to act silly like a old teenager!! Men don't care if ya got makeup on or not; it's a silly fun Spirit that they like no matter what age!;
You are glowing in your makeup today. I think you found the key. At my age, 79, I'm just happy to be alive no matter what wrinkles I may have. Life is such a gift.

Just be the best you that you can be! I got a fit bit watch and it tells me to get up and move if I sit too long and how many steps I get in a day. It has really improved my health and I lost 15 lbs. Best of luck on your journey to health!
This is so hard but I want to be involved in a life again. 7 yrs. ago my parents passed away from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Dad died Dec 24 and Mom died on the 30th. I spent 7 yrs in a bottle & popping painkillers like candy! I was 54 and woke up 60! I had an 11 yr old daughter who suddenly was an 18 yr old Illinois state scholar who managed to scholarship 2 yrs of community college free. She did all this and more without a mom. I am just getting home from rehabilitation and am finding adjusting to life very hard! I really just wanted to say thank you for your channel and its content which has been so inspiring! ❤️❤️
I feel similarly ..am 76 and when my youngest was 12ish terrible things happened to our family ,that was in 2001. Now my daughter is 36 and i ..and she have missed out on all those precious years ..as with her brothers and we are now all estranged between and from each other. I pray daily that i will see us all reunited before i pass ..
I'm sooo very sorry to hear about losing your parents at the same time, the week of Christmas. It's a huge fear of mine, since my parents just both turned 80 and they drive a lot in a big city and they're always together. That's really heartbreaking and I don't fault you whatsoever for trying to mask the pain or withdrawing from life. It's great that your daughter did so well in school. She's still young and there's time to "be her mom" again now. All my best to you in this new chapter of LIFE! 🌞🌷💗
I can understand. My parents passed away a little less than two days apart from unrelated illnesses. I'm usually a pretty together person, but it jolted me. I have a couple things that helped me and I hope will help you. #1 Write, write write in depth about that experience. Learn the lessons. Then burn it up and move forward. #2 Be thankful that God was there with you and your daughter in the past and present and don't ruin your future by dweling on guilt. Yes, it's hard at first and takes daily commitments, AND you can do it!
Wow, so glad you shared this! I lost my 29 year old son in 2015 and my father had passed 3 weeks before . The job I had once loved had turned into a nightmare when staff changed right around this time. So I quit and called it retirement at 2017, then I fell into depression and was prescribed antidepressants and Xanax. It seems like I was 57 then I was 62 and had no idea where the time went. Daughter finished law school and got a job hundreds of miles away. I have been doing therapy, exercise and occasionally see people that I have been friends with but still grappling with trying to put it all together and who is this 65 year old woman with no family around and just a few married friends I see on occasion. I know so much of what you mean to sort of wake up and notice years have suddenly passed while you were depressed, isolated and trying to figure out where to go from here. I feel a lot better when I get around people and without Xanax now. So keep putting one foot in front of the other. Good luck to you and your new beginning! Loss can be hell and just takes as long as it does but I am seeing over time more possibilities are there, just find it hard to get back out there and at my point finally accepting antidepressants can stop working so have to change them and work harder to put myself out into the world again.
I'm 63, I list 60 lbs by cutting carbs and absolutely NO SUGAR. I'm off all medications. I was on BP pills, metformin, antidepressants.....it was awful the medication I was on. Now I take nothing!! You look wonderful keep doing what works for you!!
@@celinagonzalez9494 I quit eating sugar and carbs, I lost 60 lbs. Sugar in all forms and carbs raise your blood sugars. Although I never had a "high" blood sugar, they kept telling me I was prediabetic. Which means that every time you go to a doctor's office they have you classified as a diabetic and they charge you more money. It's all designed to keep you sick and going to a doctor every 3 months. I know I sound like a crazy person 🤣🤣 but so the research......you will find the truth. Also, I did not start taking metformin because I was diabetic. They put me on it to help my fatty liver. Which is no longer an issue. Good luck !
I turned 70 in April and it was the only birthday that bothered me. Months before I kept thinking that I would be old on this last birthday. Balderdash! I’m owning my age and it’s fun!! I, too, was really blonde, and have added flattering highlights which make my complexion look warmer. I love wearing only a tinted moisturizer and of course mascara etc. I feel good about me now! I don’t want to try and look younger. 70 feels just fine!!
I recently started getting manicures with the gel nail polish that looks good for weeks instead of a day or two. I can still garden and craft and do all the things and my nails look so good. Having pretty nails make even my 67 year old hands look so much better. It is a change I have made just for me. 💅
Loved it when you asked yourself: "What's going to make me happy? Being happy!" I just brought home a precious 8 week old puppy this week, and he makes me exhausted and extremely happy!🥰🐶
Aw, they're exhausting but thank god when they reach a year old you get to sleep again :) Congratulations on your new baby. What breed is he and what's his name? I have a border collie that just hit a year. Phew, he slowed down.
Thank you so much...my skin has improved this year. The biggest thing I notice is my pores I can't always see. Bot I know pores don't shrink...so I admit, I am confused! I love my Pumpkin Seed and Rosehip Seed oil!! Happy weekend!!!
I think people are realizing true beauty comes from within. You are a beautiful woman like you are. I'm 76 and do wear makeup when I go out but I realize I'm a mature woman. I'm not going to spend effort trying to look a lot younger. I'm happy with myself and don't want a relationship anymore. I'm at peace with peace in my home. Content would be the word. I wish the same for you
I love your weekly pep talk, because I am just coming to terms with retirement and transitioning into my late sixties as a single woman with an empty nest. We are so lucky to have social media to take us all over the world and connect us with kindred spirits.
I started speed walking everyday about a year ago for at least an hour. I’m pleased with my muscle tone at 64 but told my husband I’d like to start doing some weight lifting. My makeover would be to build more muscle as I get older.
Your yard looks beautiful! Your makeup looks so soft and pretty. I am 84 years old, and yes it is so important to take care of yourself, plus wake up every morning and thank God for your many blessings. As for makeup, I use makeup everyday and make myself look as nice as I can, it just helps the day go better. It makes me sad to see how some people seem to have lost the desire to look their best.
Thank you, Susan and Barbara! I so enjoy these videos every week! The summer garden shots with Dezi amid the variegated leaves makes me smile! I’m 75 this year, and thank God for my lifestyle changes, especially my decision to return to Overeaters’ Anonymous last June! I’m eight months abstinent, which means working this twelve step program with a healthy food plan. I’ve lost thirty pounds in these eight months, and the lymphedema and the Irritable Bowel Syndrome has greatly improved! I feel bright eyed and bushy tailed, although my back pain and sciatica has not as yet. I actually slipped on my new black bathing suit with little white polka dots yesterday and my friend picked me up for lunch (I wore my jeans and a light sweater over the suit) at my favorite little Italian restaurant, then we went to a local beach to enjoy each other’s company and to soak up some lovely sun, and to enjoy the beauty of the sights and sounds around us! We were blessed, just as we were getting our folding chairs together to take them back to my friend’s cute turquoise Jeep to head home. We were greeted by a young newlywed, who noticed us and was drawn to us; she commented how we seemed to be special friends, and that she hoped that as she grew older one day, she and her close friend would still be dear friends. My friend has only known me for about a year, yet I feel that we are becoming true friends, close friends. Friends are such a gift from God! Holistic health, the importance of mind, body, and spirit, is important! Life is change! I, too, tend to gain weight when I move! Transitions can be stressful, yet there is the silver lining of opportunities to experience new things, like new friends to make, or beautiful nature to discover! ❤❤ THERE IS A NEW SONG TO SING, AND LOVE IS THE HEART OF CREATION!
I also just asked myself a couple months ago what would make me happy? I am turning 70 in August. And I have been in a townhouse after my divorce and the big house for eight years. I decided that I need a house again. I need to be able to walk in my backyard and feel grass, my new puppy needs some freedom just like Desi. I am doing a redo at 70. And I don’t even feel close to that age. Thank you for being here every week.😊
At 64 I lost 40 lbs, lowered my cholesterol 100 pts. I stopped eating meat, fish and dairy and became plant based vegan. I eat protein, veggies and carbs, just no processed food. I went from 164 to 124 and haven't gained a pound back in 7 years, now 71. If you eat protein, healthy fats and veggies you'll lose weight.
I went from 183 to 118 from July 2023 until now. I’ve always done free weights and walk 4 miles. I just changed my portion size and use my fitness pal..I am 73. No meds for me. I’ve always been small. I am 5’1” and I’ve never had an issue with my weight except for the last five years. I had a lot of health problems hysterectomy ovarian cyst, stomach mass in my abdomen. My husband passed away after nine years with a stroke in 20😢 the stress didn’t help me with my weight..now I am the weight I should be and I’m not going back there ever❤
My husband has cancer and has lost a lot of weight, 80 lbs. He barely eats now at all. I cant seem to loose weight though, I've tried. I lived on salads for 2 straight months, he had peg tube. Can you help me? Kind of proteins, healthy fats? Time of day? Love Susan
I will be 70 this year. Lots of emotional experiences have touched my life, most recently unexpected surgeries that turned my hair gray and thinning from surgical procedures. I am adjusting to the changes that age imparts. Makeup has always been a light application and natural. Looking in the mirror these days still tells me I am still special and need to love myself a little more than I used to. Enjoy the journey that experience and attitude creates. You are beautiful no matter what age you are!
I will turn 70 years old next Friday on July 5th. My husband and I are starting our 3rd month in a local hotel while our house is being remodeled/updated after 34 years. It has been a big boost to see the old carpet and countertops being ripped up and replaced with new modern styles! I already can see that my house being updated is encouraging me to update myself too!!
Happy Birthday on Friday! I turned 70 last fall and am redoing my house as well - not knocking out walls or anything but updating paint, furniture, lighting etc. and have been on a path, totally unconsciously initially to update my own look with a new hair cut and adding a few new pieces to my wardrobe. A makeup/makeover is definitely in the plans.
I was going through a stressful time after suddenly having no job and feeling like I had no reason to get out of bed. I look forward to your videos every week and they help me stay positive. Bless you and that amazing pup of yours for bringing smiles to so many people. I have found a new job and start on Tuesday!!! I am nervous but excited and can't wait to see you next Saturday!! Much love! 💜💜💜
I’m was a hairstylist from the 70’s plus. I’ve read many comments here and on different channels advising and sometimes criticizing the style or color people, whether men or women, should wear their hair. Now granted, some have asked for comments but when it comes to the real answer, it’s whatever makes you/them feel better when they look in the mirror. I let my hair grow out to its natural beautiful silver color which I wore for 1 year. There’s not an antidepressant made yet that helped me like the way I looked each morning and I was 70 at the time. So…the heck with that. Now I have a couple shades lighter than my natural dark brown color but I’m going to get some highlights in it to brighten it up or I have a really classy look that I might just do just because I can. My point to all this is….whether it’s makeup, nail polish, hairstyle/haircut/hair color/ shoes or clothes you do you with whatever you feel makes you look class. Your kinda class. I hate looking like everyone else. I wanted to wear a bob haircut until I saw everyone else wearing one. Who wants to see themselves coming and going? Lol.
Oh I loved your comments! How perfectly said! The bottom line is...get our glow but forget the trends...do you..do what makes you happy and do what makes you feel like the woman you are inside!!! Say YES to our own path to our unique personal style!!! Love it!!!
Omg I have been thinking of cutting my shoulder length hair. I'm 64 and I need a change. I was thinking of a long bob for my waivy hair-layers are no good. Then I read your comment about trendy bobs ! Now I don't know what to do !
low lights added to highlights bring great definition to “ light” hair ; go lighter on your lipstick … neutral… shorten your hair a little….lighten up your eye liner…. all of these tips will interface w your weight loss figure . keep the twinkle in your eye and your great smile!
Susan, you look beautiful. Please take care of yourself because I need you. You are like the friend that we all need in our lives. Love you and Desi so much ❤
@Marilyn-np2xh it's overwhelming at times. I love the opportunity to care for him and cherish these memories. It doesn't change the fact that it's exhausting. You are not alone.
Most of still think people care about how we look. They don’t. So, do you! I lost weight after a stressful time and got a facelift 5 weeks ago. Didn’t tell anyone except those that helped me. Best decision ever!
I certainly agree with everything you said in the video. The blouse is absolutely beautiful ❤️ The makeup and hair color is simply gorgeous and stunning. My birthday is on Saturday July 6. I will be 64 !!!!!!! Ladies, just make some changes to make you glow!!!!!!! I work and I put my makeup and 💄 on daily. You are simply glowing with the color pallet and the hair color is wonderful. YOU ARE A MOTIVATOR FOR THE BEAUTIFUL DIVAS!!!!!!! Sincerely Lorraine 🙏
Once again just what I needed to hear. I'm looking forward to my 50 year class reunion in August. In 2022 I decided I wanted to attend but I wasn't going looking like I did. From 9/2022 to 9/2023 I lost a little over 100#. Then I spent this last year self-sabotaging myself and gaining just a few pounds back. I need to lose plenty more but the mental part keeps getting in the way. I told myself initially that I was doing this for me and no other reason. Here I am 6 weeks away and I'll have a new outfit, make-up etc. and the 6 hours will be over and then what will my life be like? I don't want to gain the weight back, I want to lose more weight but, my face looks so thin and old now. I know I need to focus on the positive and count my many blessings. I need to focus on doing things that give me pleasure and enjoy the rest of my days here on earth that the Lord blesses me with.
Oh congratulations on one amazing accomplishment!!! I bet you look stunning!!! You will have a great 6 hours!! I know what you mean about after you lose weight the fear creeps in that it will come back. I have that same fear...that is why I refuse to call what I a diet. I can't ever fool myself that I can eat at night. That is 100% of my problem. I am a MOM to myself and I have set rules from now on. It's terrible to lose weight after 65 and I refuse to go through this ordeal again!!!! Let me know how the reunon goes!!! Much love, Susan & Desi
Watching Desi walk around the flowers in the yard made me smile. Thank you for giving him such a happy life! You look beautiful with the small changes! ❤
wow! Wow!! WOW!!! I’m so proud of you, Susan!!! You are bold and radiant and more beautiful than ever, facing your reality of needing a change and going for it!!! I am 1 1/2 months older than you, and often find we are in sinc in the ways we approach our life experiences… I think that’s why I never miss your weekly vlogs! If we lived closer, I honestly believe we might be great friends. I’ve met many famous people, I too was a professional musician for much of my life… but if I could choose 5 people I’d love to spend a few hours simply sharing life with… you would be one of them. Just know… if I appreciate and respect how you humbly and authentically share your life… I know that there are many more just like me that do. Now THAT should make your beautiful heart feel REALLY good! You are so very loved, dear one! P.S. I have been a widow for nearing 2 years… so many if your words have been exactly what I have needed to hear to move ahead with hope. Thank you for that. 🤗💞🤗
Hello Susan, I have been watching you now for a long time, and I don’t believe I’ve ever made a comment on your page, but this time I felt I had to. You have been helping me more than you can even imagine. I am 54 years old and I struggle. Oh, do I struggle with weight my mental health and just worrying about tomorrow instead of living in the moment for today, you are so beautiful not just on the outside but in the inside, I look up to women like you who encourage other women to embrace themselves and hold ourselves accountable. because only we can change what we don’t like about ourselves. I feel like I’m rambling lol but I’m just so excited to start looking out for me and finding things that make me happy. when you ask that question I had to honestly sit and think what does make me happy? And to be honest, I didn’t have an answer right away because I’ve been so busy making others happy for so long. I’ve lost myself, losing weight feeling better in my clothes not being tired wanting to go back to work after over 25 years of being a stay at home mother and wife. I believe it’s time for me😊 i’ve been married 36 years and I have a wonderful marriage and I have two beautiful children. They are living their lives and until my husband retires he still has his career that he is focused on. I want to thank you for sharing your life because you have no idea how much it helps to see a strong woman doing things for herself. It makes me excited for the future. I love your page. I love watching you and Desi. You are an amazing, beautiful, strong woman. I pray that God continues to watch over you and your family🙏♥️
First I want to say I love your new, softer look! This episode struck me so deeply as I have been struggling with some of the things you talked about. You have so inspired me to get off my pity party box and start making changes that align with the ways I am changing. I have made a decision to move back South next Spring because I want a house again…and a new one at that! It is what I am walking to, a direction I want to go. I need and want to be in the best mental, emotional and physical shape I can because I know the challenges it brings and, as you said, how vulnerable it can leave us. I can only hope to find a neighbor like you!! 💕
Susan your inspiration is exactly what I needed to hear. 6 months in from losing my husband, I am slowly finding myself again. Its a slow process, but am I coming out of this cocoon I've been in and transforming into something new again and hope to incorporate some of what you are doing along the way. Thanks your videos mean so much as you are helping me find my way. Love and happiness to you and Desi 💖
@maryabdel-malik656 having lost 2 sisters 20 years ago, 7 and 9 years younger than me, I am painfully aware that, despite how far medicine, better living conditions, immunizations have come, there are no guarantees. Which leads me back to attitude being everything and gratitude being top of the list 😊☘️
I just turned 68. I had been calling myself 68 since turned 67. I have no idea why I was doing that, but I’m now saying my current age and refuse to make myself older than I am. I too have been finally starting to take care of my health instead of just taking it for granted. It started when my daughter gave me an Apple Watch. I keep track of all my health goals and try to do better than the day or week before. I played pickleball and love it. My daughter also gave me a hydroponics garden growing system so I’m trying my hand at growing herbs. ❤
I did the same..I can't say why you did that, but I think why I did it was when it really did come around it wasn't that much of a shock...Actually when I did that I forgot how old I really was!
Thank you. ❤ I really needed to hear this today! I will turn 62 next month. I'm slowly making changes for my health, my inner peace and acceptance of where i am in life today. It's an interesting journey to say the least! Your ✨️beautiful✨️ presence encourages us on our own adventures! Keep sharing your precious gifts! 🥰
You look so beautiful! I’m 65 and decided to grow out my pixie and go naturally gray during Covid. It’s been a big change, but I’m gray and wearing my hair naturally curly. It’s been kinda freeing. I quit wearing eye make up and that has been very freeing as well. I’m pretty happy. My life is not perfect, but I sure have fun! Have a beautiful weekend pretty lady! 😊
I started following the Balanced Plate, as suggested by the American Diabetes Association, 12 days ago. I'm also doing IM fasting several days a week and I've started walking. I've lost 10lbs! I have a goal of losing 50 so I'm feeling great that this plan is working. I'm eating lots of vegetables, fruit, lean meats and complex carbs so I feel satisfied. I'm 71 and I'm not giving up, or in, to aging. Life is just too short!
I think change is awesome🎉 I feel like a lot of us aging lady’s need to stay current with fashion and hair and makeup. Go for it I love the subtle makeup changes !
Susan, I can SO relate to the makeup that all of a sudden, just doesn’t work! I had a Bobbi Brown ‘makeover’ in the early 90’s, and I LOVED it! (At the time she was the ‘queen’ of brownish pinks). My complexion and hair are very similar to yours. I had Rose Gold eyeshadow, rosy blush, etc. One day I was at a Clinique department and they had a pot of coral cream blush on the counter as a sample. Just for the heck of it, I patted some on my cheeks - and Wow! My entire face lit up! My complexion had become cooler and the pink had to go. I have been wearing matte taupes on my eyes, coral lipstick and coral blush ever since! We do need to evolve and adapt to our ever-changing bodies. 🙋♀️🥰💖
Ahhhh... those daisies make me happy 😊 and Susan, you are gorgeous ❤ inside and out. I had company yesterday so was not able to view your post until now. I painted my living room ceiling and walls today. I will paint on the 4th... the rest of the dining room and all the base boards, crown molding and window frame. But, that will do it for painting because I painted 3 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen in 2022, so I am done for now. I want to decorate, minimally.... my house is mostly cloud white color which is a nice subtle white, it comfortable and nice to the eyes. So, more to follow on that lol can't wait for next week. You look Fab!
Susan I love changing my hair style and trying new make up. My granddaughter a make up artist introduced me to Joan’s Road make up . I am 76 and love the way this make up is good for your skin and gives my skin a healthy glow. Due to having found out I have gallstones I am on a very healthy diet of Fish, turkey, chicken, fruit and vegetables. I have lost weight. It is a slow process for me due to thyroid problems but it makes me feel good to step on the scale and see the numbers go down. I went to a high tea with my granddaughter and a lady stoped her car in the parking lot and told us how nice we looked. Am I tall not at all very short. Am I the weight I want to be no. My hair has been white since I was 47 due to stress of loosing my husband to cancer. Yet I can still smile and try looking the best I can be. That ladies kindness made our night.
I really love to see the smile on someone's face, when I give them a compliment. I get more from that I think, than they do from the compliment. Don't you ? 🙏🌼🌸🌹😘
Your new hair color and make up is very pretty, flattering, and classy looking. You've got that old money look going on! I make myself older than I am too. My mom had a way of telling me, like a month after say, my 34th birthday, "You know, Denise, you're almost 35." So I do that to myself. In fact, I missed my whole year of being 58 because I thought I was 59! When it got close to my birthday, I thought I was turning 60, and my husband had to say, "Wait a minute, what year were you born?" 😆 Now, I've been 73 for a month and I have to resist the urge to think, "I'm almost 74." But I'm aware that soon enough I'll be looking back from 80 and thinking, "I was so young when I was 73!"
Hi Susan! You look even more beautiful! I have been feeling alot like you lately! I just retired from teaching and at the same time sold my home and moved in with my fiance. I have had a lot of change and stress the last few months, not to mention the death of an aunt and uncle, and my 6 y/o granddaughter's ongoing battle with cancer. I found myself 16 pounds heavier, ulcers, and unhappy. All of this combined made me decide to make changes. I either gave away or sold online, clothing and furniture. I bought a lot of new stuff. On sale of course! I have also changed my eating and cut back on wine. I have a way to go with unpacking, but feel better already! I have to change my hair also! Glad to know I'm not the only one! God Bless you and Desi from your fellow Michigander, Diana ❤😊
You look so much more beautiful in this video. As soon I started watching it I noticed a difference. You are a stunning woman, but now you are glowing from inside and out. My favorite part of my Sundays is watching your videos with Desi while enjoying my coffee. Thank you ❤
Love your hair color - it turned out great! I’m in need of a makeover myself, especially my hair. And I think I probably need to update my makeup, too. Your flowers are beautiful! I love seeing Desi enjoying his yard - and those leg stretches are the cutest ❤
I’m just finishing up a month’s travel in Poland & England. I traveled with 15 women-such history, such inspiration & such joy in making new friends. This was after finishing my 36 year marriage by signing final documents less than a month before! I needed this for my new sense of independence! Thanks for your advice about beginning my makeover from the inside. ,
I'm not sure what kind of week I had my ex husband died on Wednesday. I don't know how I feel . I am sad but not devastated . We have been divorced for 35 years but still he is part of my past. At this time there are no services for him. I don't know I just feel weird. I am just rambling but thanks for listening .... take care and hug Desi for me .
Susan , I absolutely love your new color palate for both your hair and your makeup. It is softer and gives you more depth. You did well. I am 71. I have found it is just another year. Fortunately, I am blessed with pretty good health. But, you are right, it is something to value and work at. It affects us in very many ways. Thank you for another meaningful video. Hope you and the "gangsta" are doing well.
When you turn 81 and are alone you just don’t want to do anything. Yes that is right. You don’t want to see a play because you go alone, don’t want to eat out because walking into places alone isn’t fun. Are there people to do things with yes they are all pairs. Been together forever, younger, and fun loving. But somewhere along the way you loose the umph to put yourself out there always feeling as the outsider. So you watch RUclips and live vicariously through others lives as you sit. I am not bitter nor am I depressed I am 81 and wish to enjoy my solitary life just being me. I cook, I shop, I read and cook watch tv. Life is all about accepting and enjoying who you are at each stage. Trust me each era is new and challenging. Be you and enjoy 69, don’t rush it because it happens.
Hi, Teresa... I'm 81 too. I love my alone time and I love my together time. And, sometimes my alone time turns out to be together time. One of my favorite alone activities is going to a cute friendly cafe with a book. I sip, I read and sometimes I meet a new 'friend'. Surprisingly, people will talk to you when when you're alone and they don't feel like they're interrupting. My together times can start as solitary. For instance... I volunteer at our historic theater. I go to the the theater by myself, but others are involved there too. The same can be true at church, shopping, wherever. At our age over half of us are single. I think you're right. Life is about acceptng and enjoying. The challenge is to keep from falling into the accepting, but not enjoying pit. I figure that I only have 20 years to go, so I better make them count by living a fulfilling lfe and being a good role model. I wish you the best!
In my small town I’m part of a group called”60 Plus Singles”. We meet for lunch every other Tuesday at a rotating list of restaurants. We go to movies, concerts, and many community gatherings together. It’s been fun meeting others who are single again by divorce or loss of a spouse. There’s no pressure to date, etc. Even when married to my trucker husband I was alone most of the time. At age 19 I learned to go shopping alone, to movies, to eat out alone. So much of life is missed if you choose to stay home “ because I don’t want to go alone”. Also be open to initiate conversation with others. It’s amazing the new friends I now have as a result of starting a conversation with them.
I just had cataract surgery and I can actually see myself now and realized I also need to make some changes to my complexion products and brow color. I didn't realize how severe was looking. You look especially lovely tonight.
You looked beautiful in the green blouse and with the makeup changes. Congrats on the weight loss. I'm thinking makeup sales are down due to it becoming cost prohibited for most of us. Hugs to you and Desi!!♥
Susan and Dessie, I am in my 50's and think you look wonderful. You are aging well. Green is your color. I moved from my hometown to a different state 8 years ago. I left my best friends behind and only get to see them once a month. It's so hard to start over in middle age and older. I thank god for my husband of 20 years.
My husband of 27 years and I are in our 50s and moved from where we both grew up and raised our family to a small farm near a town of 700 people a year ago. We don't know anyone and we are having this adventure together. You are right though, it's much harder at our age then it would have been 20 years ago! But still, we are actually doing it after we talked about it for 20 years! Lol. He's my best friend. Sounds like you are blessed in your marriage as well! ❤
@@stacyo71 thank you for sharing with me. It is a most wonderful thing to be married to your best friend. May God continue to bless you both on your journey.
This is why I LOVE being a personal stylist!! Helping women find their styles by working with what their bodies do naturally so they “feel” like themselves, beautifully!🙌🏼😍
You are a great inspiration to me! I'm 74, and I need to revamp myself and my life. Thanks for all the personal things you share. It helps to know that I am not alone in some of my thoughts and fears. Give Desi a big hug!❤❤❤
Susan, please don't be so hard on yourself! Your beauty on the inside shines brighter than anything you may choose to decorate your outside with! You're lovely and you do you, whatever feels best! It's your personality (and Desi's singing) that we convene on Saturday nights here! I just backspaced a bunch of sentences because I WAS going to write how I really am. BUT who can change things if I'm feeling overwhelmed & challenged? Me. I'd rather encourage and support -- most of here in our lovely community are comparable in age. It appears friends in "real time" are challenged at this time also so that can leave a person feeling isolated with a shrinking support group. Another lovely, and you are indeed lovely, Susan, Saturday Night Date Night with all of us together. How lucky are we?! 💝
Hi Susan I think of the changes you described as doing a “refresh” I am 73 and also had my hair stylist change my color from a lighter all over blonde to a bring the blonde down just a few notches and add depth with darker lowlights. I love the warmer tones around my face - I don’t think going natural with the grey would be flattering to my complexion and I would see a stranger looking back at me in the mirror. I was feeling in a rut this summer and decided to join the aquasize class at the public pool where I lap swim. It’s fun being in a recreational class with other people in my age range and I’m feeling my core and arms and legs starting to tone up. It’s fun having fun again. Love to you and Desi❤
I just love the way Desi stretches! He makes me giggle when you show him. My hair is white and I am 70. I have been struggling with my looks. I have never felt pretty. I am trying to lose weight that I gained during covid. You always make me want to try and thank you for that!
Susan I always think you look beautiful! But this week you are positively glowing with your makeover changes! Your gardens look so lovely. I kept at my goal weight for 4 years and this year I gained 15lbs that just won’t budge but I don’t take very good care of myself. Thank you for the pep talk and inspiration. I have a miracle grand baby on the way (I always prayed to be a grandma) and I have to get healthy! I hope you and Desi have a great week! Aloha from Hawaii 🌺🌺
I think we like change sometimes because it makes us feel alive and pretty and fresh. I like warmer colors too. I think when we find products that work for us it’s such a good feeling. I enjoyed this so much. Take care ❤❤❤
HI Melissa!!! I was just watching your under-eye hack and loving it! Gosh you are so pretty about die! Without makeup you are gorgeous.....makeup is just fun!!! It calms me down and cheers me up! I don't want to ever give it up! I am still learning from you how to do my beach waves!!! Happy new week!! xo Susan & Dez
I always say, Age is just a number. If my heart is happy in all ways then that is what matters. Happiness is all within us. When I want to feel good and calm and peaceful and happy… I go out into nature! Age means we adjust but we don’t have to shut the door on life!! Desi is looking smashing!!!!!!!❤
@Patricia Heywood My diet starts tomorrow morning. I feel fat and sluggish and old. I’ve bought Lindt 90% cocoa dark chocolate and I need a miracle. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning for the start point but then my scales are going away. You have inspired me, THANK YOU. Watch this space, I will report back.
I'd love to lose weight, but right now I have a much more serious problem. I have just found out that I have lymphosarcoma (cancer). It was found during my mammogram. The lymph node was much much bigger than 6 months ago. They took a biopsy of my lymph node. I go to see the oncologist Monday, 7/1/24. Would appreciate a prayer or two. Your garden is beautiful. My favorite flower is the daisy and I love Hostas too. I found your signature fragrance at TJ Maxx. It was only $14.99. It smells wonderful. I too am now wearing Element Edition VI Sapphire.
Hugs to you and prayers for you that things will go well at your visit next week and for strength for you to overcome and completely heal from this. Will be thinking of you in days to come♥️
You are so right about wanting change! This year I let my hair go gray but it’s really a pretty almost white. I’m also going to try a longer style and I’ve had so much fun modernizing my wardrobe. We’re never too old to explore new sides of yourself! I’m 68.
I had been letting myself go..a year ago I moved to a new place..new people..and I realized how Id neglected a basic..so I cut my shoulder length hair shorter...darkened it a bit..started wearing basic color, depending on outing..and changed my glasses..just some basic things make one feel so much better
I dropped weight, too. I went to low-carb eating, also a salad a day from my garden. I walk almost every day. I sleep well now, too just by darkening my window coverings. Those are all things my naturopathic doctor suggested. No drugs, just food and self-care!😊💖💖
As a hairstylist I totally agree with putting darker colors in. Women who keep going super blonde look washed out. I love your new look. I also like your softer looser wavier rather than curled hair. Your stylist did a great job. You never look one hundred. I think you look beautiful. Your make up looks beautiful too. I am a little younger than you, but lately my make up looks awful..so I lightened up. I started using a tinted cream not a foundation. I lightened my eye shadow. I lightened my liner. You inspire me. I lost twenty two pounds, have been working in the yard and push mowing…next I want my young neighbor to start walking with me. She is thirty some years younger but we are so close. Thanks Susan and Desi…keep doing what you are doing…u look happy and healthy . Everyone will wonder who that beautiful woman is at the wedding
This is so true I went different shade of blondes I looked older and washed out I'm 60 I went back darker level 8/7 and what a difference. We have to remember our skin colour changes as we age to. x
Susan, you are always such a breath of fresh air and your words resonate so deeply. Exactly what I needed as I celebrated a bday this week and I have been trying to figure out direction (anyone else feel like bdays are sometimes like New Year’s Eve, when we are supposed to take stock of where we are and make these resolutions; I am not much of a believer in staunch resolutions and need some flexibility to try things out first). Love your hair and makeup!! Hugs to you and Desi! 💝
I love your channel.. very real to life! I'll be 77 tomorrow but don't think I'm that age., widow and volunteer full time at our little thrift shop.... keeping active and involved is the key to feel good.
Your make up looks beautiful on you. Your eyes are so pretty. You’re giving me some good ideas on some changes I need to make. Also love your backyard. The flowers and plants are so bright and vibrant, you must have a green thumb. It’s amazing the changes you’ve made in your backyard.
You are my age, and I wish my skin looked as youthful as yours. And your home is so lovely. Change is good and I love your tips and advice. But you never looked old. You always look lovely.
Often it is the inner person who's alerting us to the fact that changes need to be made. Our inside affects our outside and vice versa. So I think it's wise to listen.
Susan I loose weight from intermittent fasting, it really works BUT I have gotten lax and gained some of the weight back. Now I am going back to loose the weight, I am also going to go get a makeover on my makeup because my foundation makes me look older( dry) skin and the eyeshadow as well. I had lowlights put in my hair because the blonde washed me out. Thank you for sharing because I now have a goal. Your hair is so beautiful please have a blessed week.
Not everyone looks good in lighter or grey hair. I definitely have changed my mindset. I stopped drinking, I'm exercising, walking , cardio, cycling etc. I have congestive heart failure and 66 yrs. old.
Thank you for this Video. When you said to ask yourself, what makes you happy? I didn't have an answer and then you said, what would make you happy is to be happy and when I thought about that it made me cry because you're right, I do wanna be happy and i'm not. So you see, that was a wakeup call for me to re-evaluate my life at 68. So my journey is now to figure out what it will take for me to be happy. I spent my whole life taking care of everyone and now it's time for me. So thank you.
You are truly a God send for me. You sound exactly like me. I lost my mom a year ago, and I got lost again. I started drifting, just like you say, gained 40 pounds and just stopped caring. Well. I got pretty sick 2 months ago and had to make some changes pretty quick. Your right, in that taking care of your health is a good starting point to find happiness. The rest will hopefully follow. The makeover is next, and hopefully, start a baking business. I just wish you could be my next-door neighbor. Everything you have said is so me, and I would love to be able to just sit with you and just talk.
Losing weight, updating foundation is good, but being thankful that you are healthy is the greatest gift you have which means you can help others, volunteering takes our minds off of us and of course accepting Jesus Christ as your personal savior, reading His word daily and praying and giving thanks for all his mercy and grace that He bestows upon us daily is the absolute best way to be happy with who we are, we are His children full of grace and LOVE living each day PRAISING HIM. I am undergoing chemo for colon cancer and I wish that my makeup and hair (which I no longer have) was all I have to be concerned about, but I know God has me in the palms of His precious hands, He is an awesome GOD, be blessed my friend and give Desi a hug from me
Congrats on your health and weight loss. I thought that you looked beautiful and radiant in your older videos too, but even more so now. I also thought that your hair would look prettier darkened a bit but I would never say that on a comment. The new makeup changes and hair color just add more fabulous! Happy summer to you!
Susan you always look lovely. That green blouse is just beautiful on you, but then again anything you wear is always beautiful and in good taste. Love seeing Dez in his backyard too, we all adore that little guy and you too of course. I, like all the ladies here look forward to your video each and every week. I don't think you realize the impact you've had on so many lives. Taking this journey with you has been so healing and for lack of a better word, perfectly magical. Thank you for opening your heart and soul and taking us all on this journey with you. I think the words are so true, we are all just walking each other home in this life. Love you and Dez to the moon and back ! 😊
Thank you so much for sharing how you've been getting "your swag back" . There are so many 30 and 40 somethings on you tube. It's so refreshing to watch someone nearer my own age (65 today). I feel really boosted and inspired watching and listening about your efforts. Your such a blessing to us all xx
Im approaching 50...ive changed my hair colour with a few highllights, less make up! I try and get out together instead of ny jeans/joggers ...Your make up always looks so pretty and your inner light just shines. Your dress sense and style, your home is beautiful 😍
I am so in agreement with you. I found myself making changes to my hair, make up and needing to lose weight. I am 68 and already looking at becoming 70. I don't want to wish my life away and I am not sad. I love my house and my life. I do need to get out more.
You are a very strong person to make the changes you made and I say Bravo
I'm so happy for you that your life isn't being spent with someone who treated you badly and made you feel trapped. You're really brave and I hope that every day brings you joy. Congratulations.
I love your new look !! Your beautiful!!
You must feel like a new woman! Good for you to change your life for the better!
That's awesome 🎉❤ Congratulations 🎊
My mind says your in your thirty’s and my body laughs and keeps me reminded that I will be 74 soon. I bought an orange car, got hippie items for it and I now wear bright cloths and love it. I work part time in a nursing home and tell them all that they can dress in bright cloths. I am seeing changes in a lot of the residents. Hippies new about peace and fun. That’s what I’m doing. The residents have nicked named me “ the happy hippie”!
The changes are very beautiful . Continue on girlfriend!!!
I love it Kathy!!! I feel the same way!!!
I venture to guess that the woman who has him now is welcome to him
You are right the older we get we need to lighten up I used to have black hair , at 73 black hair look harsh & ages me more
@@maryabdel-malik656 Look around at older women with dyed jet black hair. That’s how you used to look. Scary, right? My friend just recently poured her black hair dye down the drain. She is so happy to not have to keep up with coloring grey roots every few weeks.

I feel
a lot better when I get around people and without Xanax now.

Thanks for writing this, I am going to take notes on what you wrote and add it to my journey of return. ❤
I'm 63, I list 60 lbs by cutting carbs and absolutely NO SUGAR. I'm off all medications. I was on BP pills, metformin, antidepressants.....it was awful the medication I was on. Now I take nothing!! You look wonderful keep doing what works for you!!
That's fantastic!
I'm taking metformin what do you do to stop taking the med?
@@DiamondGirl-p9c I went through the same thing as you when I was turning 70. And today I turned 72!!! Lol 😆

I love your weekly pep talk, because I am just coming to terms with retirement and transitioning into my late sixties as a single woman with an empty nest. We are so lucky to have social media to take us all over the world and connect us with kindred spirits.
So true!
Yes! Thank you! 84 years is a beautiful number...I am so lucky you are here Barbara!!!
I LOVE your hair. The multi-dimensions and softer blonde/brown tones are so lovely. You look so classy! Dare I say, younger! You inspire me so much!
What proteins do you eat?
🎉❤
My husband has cancer and has lost a lot of weight, 80 lbs. He barely eats now at all. I cant seem to loose weight though, I've tried. I lived on salads for 2 straight months, he had peg tube. Can you help me? Kind of proteins, healthy fats? Time of day? Love Susan
That's wonderful thanks for sharing I'm vegetarian but I'm lactose intolerance to I eat alot of veggies and salad x
You are special!
How exciting im happy for you change is good all around im patiently waiting my turn enjoy your home hope its everything you wanted ❤
I'm turning 70 on the 7th. Happy Birthday!!
Isn't it interesting how changing our environment can change us personally and vice versa?
Happy Birthday on Friday! I turned 70 last fall and am redoing my house as well - not knocking out walls or anything but updating paint, furniture, lighting etc. and have been on a path, totally unconsciously initially to update my own look with a new hair cut and adding a few new pieces to my wardrobe. A makeup/makeover is definitely in the plans.
Please Sue don't change a thing ..........Whatever your doing your doing it FANTASTIC !!
Much love! 💜💜💜
Congratulations on your new job, and best wishes as you start!
Best of luck!
Love it!!!
@@LittlePoet Great comment on that one 🙂...... I have some natural freckles on my facial color cheek bones -- I don't hide them, they're cute 🤗
@@sallyjaynes2433 I love freckles so much!!!
Amen sister
Love you and Desi so much ❤
I caring for my 94 year old dad and I often forget about myself. I have been exhausted lately. Thanks for the encouragement. ❤🐾
I am sure you are a blessing to your dad. I know how hard it is. 🤗
Mkbrown, I’m caring for my 94 year old mother and I’m exhausted. 😕 Taking care of myself is on the back burner.
Good for you! I have been thinking of doing that for myself too!
You two didn’t sing long enough!!! Love Desi’s accompaniment. Do it up however you want. We need changes every so often!!
@@LittlePoet Thanks for your encouragement Susan and I will let you know how it goes. It's the same night as your son's wedding.❤️
Watching Desi walk around the flowers in the yard made me smile. Thank you for giving him such a happy life! You look beautiful with the small changes! ❤

I’m so proud of you, Susan!!!
You are bold and radiant and more beautiful than ever, facing your reality of needing a change and going for it!!!
I am 1 1/2 months older than you, and often find we are in sinc in the ways we approach our life experiences…
I think that’s why I never miss your weekly vlogs!
If we lived closer, I honestly believe we might be great friends.
I’ve met many famous people, I too was a professional musician for much of my life…
but if I could choose 5 people I’d love to spend a few hours simply sharing life with…
you would be one of them.
Just know…
if I appreciate and respect how you humbly and authentically share your life…
I know that there are many more just like me that do. Now THAT should make your beautiful heart feel REALLY good!
You are so very loved, dear one!
P.S. I have been a widow for nearing 2 years…
so many if your words have been exactly what I have needed to hear to move ahead with hope.
Thank you for that.
🤗💞🤗
I just adore you...you are so kind...2 years without your husband...I am so sorry for your loss.
My thoughts exactly!
Those little leg stretches from Desi are the cutest!! ❤️🐾
I think so, too! 🌞 🐾
Hello Susan, I have been watching you now for a long time, and I don’t believe I’ve ever made a comment on your page, but this time I felt I had to. You have been helping me more than you can even imagine. I am 54 years old and I struggle. Oh, do I struggle with weight my mental health and just worrying about tomorrow instead of living in the moment for today, you are so beautiful not just on the outside but in the inside, I look up to women like you who encourage other
women to embrace themselves
and hold ourselves accountable. because only we
can change what we don’t like about ourselves.
70 is the new 50 … Age is an ATTITUDE!
I love it!!! I 100% agree...and I forgot this!!!
70 really isn't the new 50, and many don't live to 70. However, attitude is everything, and gratitude is top of the list ☘️
@@mmcs4973 Actually with the advance of medicine & technology people live longer now . In 1900 the expectance of a new born was only 32
I like to think 70 is the new 40 & I am only 43 😂😂
@maryabdel-malik656 having lost 2 sisters 20 years ago, 7 and 9 years younger than me, I am painfully aware that, despite how far medicine, better living conditions, immunizations have come, there are no guarantees.
My husband just loves little Desi and today is my hubby's birthday. So for Desi to sing happy birthday on this video was truly the icing on his cake!!
Congratulations!🎉 You have an amazing attitude!

I love the openings to your videos-the music and beautiful scenery. I always enjoy your content as well. Thank you ❤️
Susan I love changing my hair style and trying new make up.
Happy weekend to you!!! Much love, Susan & Desi
I really love to see the smile on someone's face, when I give them a compliment. I get more from that I think, than they do from the compliment. Don't you ? 🙏🌼🌸🌹😘
@@judyparks5016 I so agree. Every time I am out I like to do that. It makes my day to complement someone.
I think you are just beautiful!

Take care of yourself
Thinking of you.
My ex all of a sudden has stage 4 cancer. He is 69. Father of my girls. It is tough and we are all devastated.
So sorry.
@@CJay-q9fthank you
In my small town I’m part of a group called”60 Plus Singles”.

Thank you for that good attitude ❤

My diet starts tomorrow morning.
Will be thinking of you in days to come♥️
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
🙏🙏🙏
Prayers for you
Praying for God to watch over you and to restore you to good health!
Righty-O! Think of Kathie Lee Gifford and Kelly Ripa!
This is so true I went different shade of blondes I looked older and washed out I'm 60 I went back darker level 8/7 and what a difference. We have to remember our skin colour changes as we age to. x
What kind of tinted moisturizer do you use?
Susan, you are always such a breath of fresh air and your words resonate so deeply. Exactly what I needed as I celebrated a bday this week and I have been trying to figure out direction (anyone else feel like bdays are sometimes like New Year’s Eve, when we are supposed to take stock of where we are and make these resolutions; I am not much of a believer in staunch resolutions and need some flexibility to try things out first).
Love your hair and makeup!! Hugs to you and Desi! 💝
Changes need to make you feel better about yourself, life, and others.
I can so relate! I too, did some changes of my life, my attitude, my outlook, and yes, my hair make up! I couldn’t be happier!❤
Mine ìs work in progress.
I love your channel.. very real to life! I'll be 77 tomorrow but don't think I'm that age., widow and volunteer full time at our little thrift shop.... keeping active and involved is the key to feel good.
Oh thank you so much for your comment! I hope you weekend is a great one...77!! How cool is that!!! xo
Oh thank you! YOu are so sweet and so kind!!!
This discontented attitude could be never ending,it is the inner person that matters
It’s still discouraging to see arms flapping and hanging and thighs drooping.
@@Gobi512 that is exaggerating my friend,a Lady does not have those extensions
Often it is the inner person who's alerting us to the fact that changes need to be made. Our inside affects our outside and vice versa. So I think it's wise to listen.
@@CJay-q9f yes you are correct my friend
“ No change is required!” You’re right just because we’re getting older. It doesn’t mean we have to look like we’ve given up.
I love the new hair color. Classy! Rich depth. Beautiful dimension to it. It makes you look younger.
Hi Shelia I love reading your comments each week 💗 have a great week.
@@dianewandland1833 thank you, have a blessed week
It worked for me too. It took a while but I went from a size 12 to a size 6. My A1C went down too.
Not everyone looks good in lighter or grey hair. I definitely have changed my mindset. I stopped drinking, I'm exercising, walking , cardio, cycling etc. I have congestive heart failure and 66 yrs. old.
I look forward to your videos every week, thank you for sharing. Enjoy your week Susan and Desi 🌺
Don't change a thing. You're beautiful inside and out. ❤
I am undergoing chemo for colon cancer and I wish that my makeup and hair (which I no longer have) was all I have to be concerned about, but I know God has me in the palms of His precious hands, He is an awesome GOD, be blessed my friend and give Desi a hug from me
Amen! Prayers for healing!
Praying for you!
The good Lord continue to bless you. Love and prayers.
I pray God restores you to good health soon!

You are my pick me up! Thank you Susan🕊️
