- Hey guys its FL4ME WITH A 4 here with a quick video on how to replace the sidelight bulb and fog light bulb on my 2008 Volkswagen scirocco.
Here is what you will need.............
TOOLS USED :
T25 Star piece. Small flat head screw driver or trim tool.
Bulbs to replace.
Fog light bulb HB4 ..

Just wanted to say awesome video was told I had to go to a mechanic to swap out the side light till i saw this video and it went perfectly (though had to put a little muscle into the pulling out the case) , definitely have yourself a new sub :)

Great video fella. I have never had the confidence to do anything to my Scirocco. I’ve just replaced the side lights with LED’s following your video. You made it easy to follow and the side lights look mint now. I’ve been trying to find xenon effect bulbs for the main and dipped beam online. Not sure what I’m looking for. Ideally bright as possible, legal and error code free. I’d appreciate any advice you have. Cheers.

Hello - do you show anywhere how to remove the rear bumper reflectors
Great tutorial... Well, already replaced my side light and turn signals with Dectane. It's amazing now. :) I would like to know how to access rear lamps to know what bulbs are in there. I want to replace them with LED's, all of them. For brake it uses a P21W. I think they are two filaments and need to check the bottom of the bulb because LED's have two metal connectors, I just find it weird. Turn signals are PY21W and I have no idea on reverse lights. Since you are working on lights, can you check it bud? There are no videos about it on YT. Cheers mate, keep it up!

Is access to the indicator bulbs the same way as shown in the video? My indicator bulb seems to have got stuck in the housing of the light so need to gain access to pull out and replace.

have you ever used ang led bulbs for the fogs?
I haven't personally but I know people who have, and they rate them highly. :) if you are looking for long lasting and bright - then led is the way forward.
FL4ME WITH A 4 ah I'm struggling to find the right ones, I bought a pair and they just completely didn't want to work (no idea why) could you possibly get any links to the ones tried and tested that work? Cheers!!
