I tried contacting them as well to inquire on some characteristics, but was also ignored. Though that was kind of expected... There's also a similar model from Asus (MQ16AH), but it's a less interesting option for a number of reasons. ViewSonic is a unique product in a sense, since while it's aimed professionals and semiprofessionals it's price is relatively modest for what it is and it could also be a quality jack of all trades monitor for many applications. And there's absolutely zero meaningful reviews of it out there! ViewSonic's attitude simply doesn't make sense.

do you know if you have to use the included power adapter? or can you power the screen trough a laptop via usb c? or via a powerbank with power delivery? or a phonecharger with enough power.
