I remember when I got back from a Children of Bodom concert half drunk half sore and ripped out my Eminem Show casette for funsies. Respect for the dude, he's on another level.
I'm a metalhead through and through, been headbanging for decades, but Eminem has always been up there in my playlist. The guy's whole discography is insane, and the music he's been putting out over the last 5 years is just on a whole other planet at this point. Great choice for a reaction guys, let's get some more Eminem on the channel!
There is no one on earth that can sing that fast and also be understood. His diction is flawless. I love him and I'm 59. There is only one. Eminem blows my mind.
Eminem will forever be my favorite rapper. I’ve listened to him since I was 9 when Slim Shady LP came out and Forgot about Dre! The best lyricist around, he’s had such a phenomenal discography all the way thru with just a few minor lapses. The way he channels so much emotion, honesty mixed with anger and laughter. It’s truly amazing, bring more Eminem on this channel!
Em is a lyrical genius!!! He is in the Guinness Book for a reason!! I am a die hard metal head, but I have a lot of respect for the rap genre and Eminem is mind blowing!!! I absolutely love watching reactions to this particular song. Everybody I have listen to it all have the same jaw dropping reaction when it gets to the final portion of the song! Love it!!!
Eminem is the modern Shakespeare. Not an exaggeration , and I will never apologize or say it is an exaggeration. The more you know about hip hop , rap , poetry , the more you realize the huge leaps and bounds that he is above the average
He took that time off after he overdosed and said he had to relearn how to do everything including rapping. Listen to Beautiful, it’s the only song he wrote during rehab and explains how he almost gave up rap. Bad Guy aka Stan part 2 is better than Stan. It’s a masterpiece and was voted best verse of the decade. Still get chills when that verse hits.
beautiful is one of his best songs, and stan is better than bad guy, i liked bad guy, the storytelling and representation of the people is good and the fourth verse was murdered, but stan tells a story in the form of a song while bad guy is a story about the kid brother of stan who wants to kill eminem
I've always liked his raps but damnnnnn... This one is kool!! With a sick beat! Loved how you took the time to go back and look at the lyrics again.(I love tech n9ne too my friend!) I thoroughly enjoyed this, thanks guys!!!❤🤓
I'm a firm believer that no one is going to hit Em's level, but I would love to see you listen to Delilah Bon's remake of this song. No where near this level, but definitely worth a listen. Especially for an unknown artist.
You should react to more Eminem songs and do songs from Relapse, Recovery, Bad Meets Evil album, MMLP2, Revival, Kamikaze, Music to be Murdered By Side A and Side B
Being the metal man I don't get around to listening to much rap but Eminem is one of the few who has my full respect. I agree with smokey I think he got way better rapping wise without drugs but the og slim still holds that special spot
Eminem was always technical! He dumbed it down for his mainstream career. Just listen to Eminems verse (third and last), in "What Color Is Soul" (1992) by his group Soul Intent!
I love seeing you guys react to things outside of your genre like metal etc. You guys just have such an amazingly wholesome and heartfelt appreciation for music, no matter the source! I'd love if you reacted to 40 Stories by Alluvial. The band is really special; the album was put together by the guitar player who sings in the video. He wrote all the lyrics, played all the guitar, and sings on some songs, and the dude has been through hell; he was in Iraq in the army, battled addiction, and come out the other side of it, and a lot of the songs deal with his experience. It'd mean a lot if you guys reacted to it, and I think you'd enjoy it!
Recovery is my fav Eminem album, I’m a metal head but definitely recognize Eminem’s talent … his word play is unbeatable… Cinderella man , that song will make your head hurt 😅 bars galore
That lawnmower video was filmed in Australia ahahah I could tell by the grass the houses the roads and the number plate on the vw 😂😂also love the vids guys keep it going 🤙🔥
This song is absolutely sick. Glad he worked with Juice WRLD. Wish they coulda done more. But this track slaps hard. Venom is also in the same vein for me. Love em both... and Em!
Count Bartelli was an English masked wrestler. His real name is Geoff Condliffe and wrestled in the 1950s through to 1970s. Stevie Vadrr was also an English wrestler. They competed mainly on World of Sport.
I like to think of myself as a true fan of music as a whole, I can go from Frank sinatra to ABBA to Kanye to slipknot and I gotta say its really cool to see you guys react to some em fr
Being from Detroit like Eminem, you should check out Eminem's song "Infinite". This song came out on an album in 1996, 3 years before he started working with Dre. Eminem's sound was so different at this time than the style you know of his. And us people from Detroit who know this song will easily put this in his top 5 songs of all time.
You want a bar-heavy cool headache song? Do "Book of Rhyme" Also speaking of drugs, give "discombobulated" a listen, this is sober ass Em but sounding just like himsel when he was high in older albums, fun but still bar-heavy. 🤘🏻
Agree with jonny. Ive been part of my 18 y.o. nephews life since birth and got him into tool melvins faith no more mr bungle no means no type o negative nin skinny puppy M. Manson and so on. Then when he was ten came back from school with the mm ep i thought oh good man.
“I wanna apologize for stopping it so many times”. This was only a few of the reaction vids that didn’t have cringe over the top reactions with pausing every sentence.
Hollywood I’m so surprised you’ve never heard this. Only because you’re a rapper. I don’t know how much or if Em is a regular for you. Just mind boggling to me. I’d love to see you guys listen to Em on the regular though. I’m sure many of the other rockers would agree with that. Most of us aren’t just straight rock fans🤘🏼
Guys-- I don't comment much these days -- (and despite being a break dancer ---[and I mean good enough to have the Cleveland stadium follow me around at the 'breaking concert -- (boogaloo shrimp- a hero of mine) I don't listen to Rap much- or at all) AND I've written a novelI with an excedining amount of word play) heard this and I was...stunned... AND am watching you now- enjoy this--RIGHT ON!!!
Speaking of rap on another level I think you should check out Amaranthe "Boom" or "GG6" in particular. It showcases the growler of the group and you can here the rap influence in the growl. GG is short for growl god Henrik lives up to the name.
I love Eminem have been a huge fan of Eminem since 2003 because my dad had the Marshall Mathers cd so since I was 3 years old so 18 years now still listening to Eminem at 21 years old 18 years later my favourite rap artist next public enemy nwa MC hammer beastie boys LL cool j
Em is getting better, I think yes the drugs took away a lot of his Inner filtering out more offensive sharp tongued and clever, but now, he has so much clarity in the craft of writing a song. Guys look at this UK lyricist Scroobius Pip, his son introdiction might raise a few smiles for you
Shout out to Smokey for saying his favorite rapper is Tech N9ne. For some reason when I bring him up as one of my favorite rappers, the amount of people who dont know who T9 is..is fucking insulting frankly.
Great reaction! Based on your appreciation of hip-hop and being new to eminem reactions I'd recommend these which feature eminem with other people for the sake of variety. Caterpillar with Royce Homicide with Logic Lucky you with Joyner (contains diss to mumble rappers) Not alike with Royce (contains MGK diss) Lord Above with Fat Joe and Mary J Blige (contains Nick Cannon diss) Drop the world with lil Wayne.
A cross between a zombie apocalypse and big Bobby The Brain Heenan which is probably the Same reason I wrestle with mania Love that bar and I don't even listen to rap usually
I'm rock and metal through and through but fully respect Eminem's talent. Glad to see him on the channel.
I remember when I got back from a Children of Bodom concert half drunk half sore and ripped out my Eminem Show casette for funsies. Respect for the dude, he's on another level.

Yep!
Gotta love good music man. Recognize greats no matter what you listen to.
There is no one on earth that can sing that fast and also be understood. His diction is flawless. I love him and I'm 59. There is only one. Eminem blows my mind.
Ems about the only musician to up his game after getting sober.
Eminem and Slipknot are my two favorite artists
If you haven’t listened to anything off his last three albums, you’re missing out
Alfred’s theme
Em is a lyrical genius!!! He is in the Guinness Book for a reason!! I am a die hard metal head, but I have a lot of respect for the rap genre and Eminem is mind blowing!!! I absolutely love watching reactions to this particular song. Everybody I have listen to it all have the same jaw dropping reaction when it gets to the final portion of the song! Love it!!!

Every real metal head listens to eminem and thinks the same thing….”god damn thats soooo crazy!”
I'm a metalhead but I can still jam to Eminem once in a while lol
The connection and energy of you two is awesome.
Ooh that flow at the beginning was sick!! Made me subscribe and I just found your channel 🥰🥰🥰

Eminem GOAT.. Untouchable in all areas... Still banging out bangers..... You guys should try Biohazard, Punishment..

Tech and Busta are about the only folks who can spit on Em's level.
Try ocean wisdom when he raps fast
You cant forget about Twista
I love Eminem since 1999.......!
Being the metal man I don't get around to listening to much rap but Eminem is one of the few who has my full respect. I agree with smokey I think he got way better rapping wise without drugs but the og slim still holds that special spot
His word association is fing insane.

Risperdal is an antipsychotic which he mentions with regard to being in a mental hospital. So subtle, dude is incredible.
More Em please. Anything mmlp2-now deserves lyrical breakdowns 👌

Love your shirt.
Eye of rah. I've actually got it tattoo on me. Years before
Eminem might be a rapper but he is metal 🤘
How is that even possible??? 🤔🤔🤔
Em is getting better, I think yes the drugs took away a lot of his Inner filtering out more offensive sharp tongued and clever, but now, he has so much clarity in the craft of writing a song.
