    Thank you Mochi sensei. I appreciate the work that goes into these videos and enjoy the format you provide to us who are learning Japanese! Unlike others that are very long, these are very condensed with small lessons so it is easier to digest. It is also helpful when reviewing, you do not have to go through a 30 minute to an hour long video to find a particular part. I can just go back to the video.

    "Tabette" - would basically mean "please eat". right? something that mums and grandmas always tell kids :D Regarding the irregular verbs - would "onegai shimasu" also fit within this category, or is that a different area entirely?

      As far as I know, the te-form "tte" is for u-verbs (godan) ending in "u", "tsu" or "ru". Taberu is an ichidan verb, albeit ending in "ru", so it's simply "tabete".
