Mr. Siddhant I am a 50 year old man ,I watched your video crying like a child, I couldn't understand how you have come to know exactly the same characteristics of my wife with whom I lived for more than 25 years, when I got married to her I was a wealthy businessman, and when she died few months ago, I had only 1500/ Rs. In my pocket with no house and nothing of my own, she not only ruined me financially, mentally, and physically but killed the childhood of both of my children , and finally made every body believe that it was us who did not take care of her.
I have seen this same pattern in my ex and my family member, she has ruined everything... initially i thought ki shayad wo sudhar jaaye but they can't change....she has destroyed a happy family and my ex ruined my mental health

I had a narcissist friend, she completely destroyed my social circle just to prove herself better than me. I even never knew this, she acted so humble and cared for me.... She used to defame me to gain sympathy and attention from people.... Actually I was fooled and devastated more than 14 years of my life.... Now I am scared in making new friends...

My father is a narcissist. Yes he had a worst childhood. My grandfather died when my father was just 9 days old. But my dadi tried to give everything best possible. She never ever slapped my father. It was a problamatic society around them. Because of my father i had a worst childhood , my motjer had worst marriage. He does something very wrong and then applogise. But repeat again. I tried to understand his whole life and then i became very kind to him .. i tried to talk to him in every aspect but he always took it me in a negative sense. He was a physical abuser . He beat me and my brothers with a iron rod... and many things and just for a childish mistakes. But in 2018 I was done with him. I slapped him because he spitted on me.. and then I left him. I tried to convincemy mother to divorce him but she has no self respect and she never listen to us me and my brothers. I moved out of my house..living on rent. My brothers are living in the same house.. my father is a alcohlic also. But now no one respects him neither in home nor in society.
So If you want to save yourself and that person too just leavethem. I lovedmy father so much.. i do still but I can not deal with him

Very well put. Each and everything spot on. I've been a victim of each and everything mentioned in the video. But different kind of abuses were given by different kinds of people and gender who had specific roles in my life. Parents, elder sister,best friend, a girl I liked/attracted to. The worst one was the girl I liked. She was pure evil! Although, depending upon the level of their IQ, they can manipulate you in different way,but this girl due to her IQ made my life living hell. Since she had gained the mastery in all this and was shrewd, she had a unique ability to challenge every opinion/belief I had and present her opinion to me in such a way that she would look always correct, and me dumb, everytime. I started living in fear, anxiety. I began losing my self identity. Not just this, insulting you, using camouflaged abuse in the arguments which you know is meant to hurt you, but your brain would be fogged because in the end, she deceived all the argument to make them look right and you cant say anything because they said it right, but it's not, it's a deception. Also played many mind control techniques on me. Finally I got rid of her, but she wanted me to stay. These people will suck the life blood out you, steal all the light from you. Even the slightest criticism will be met with severe insults and reprimands. They hate your very being, they only care about themselves. Psycopaths generally. Your life is much better without them. Demons have devoured their soul. Toxic af!
Okay then. I am an extreme narcissist then. I possess all the symptoms.
And may be that's why my earlier relations didn't work out. And my current relation With my parents, friends and my mate is suffering a lot.
But i didn't do any of that with intention it just happened.
Yesterday after watching this video i shared it with my mate and told her everything abt it but she refused to leave, stayed and said "don't worry we'll fix it out"....how lucky i am to have her.
I promise myself I'll be a changed person in few months.

But still I also feel that scenario if he will marry to someone then that lady will get a bad man for her whole life. After 4 months of my breakup in 2020 , he requested me to come to his life, he did everything in a panic situation but I & few people related to me saw the truth that he planned and executed so much things, I told him the last thing that you already destroyed 1 father's daughter but don't destroy again another father's daughter in your life again

My life became a disaster with a narcissist. I am thankful to God that I am alive and peaceful now. Only a survivor knows what mental toll it is to deal with a narcissist. They push you to an identity loss and Stockholm syndrome. And the irony is they are really good actors. No one would know it easily that you are being mercilessly abused.

He is 100 percent right…connection with a narcissistic person kills you from inside…although we have other people who love us….but narcissistic people have ‘naagpaash’ you cannot leave their grip. You fake happiness but deep down you are sad.
It’s difficult when you have narcissistic mother….you cannot leave her and you cannot ignore her. U crave for her love and admiration….my mom is very old now (80 years) ….whenever I say mom you did this ….she say you are this …you are that ….you are too emotional….stop being needy…. She doesn’t understand what I mean….I am married have loving husband and kids….but still feel how to get loved by my mom….but overall I have accepted the situation and I am there whenever she needs me….

My father is a Narcissistic person, made my life living hell, I was six he brought me to work in his factory to work , he did not allowed to play with my friends whole life he control my actions, Untill college for 1st year I decided to go work of my choice he tried to keep under his control in factory but he failed, so he started doing silent torture to mother me and my sisters till 7 yrs because of that's I changed multiple jobs, I wasted my peak age of young bcoz of him, my mother and me decided to leave him we are living separately. Now he is living somewhere. We are somehow feeling peacefull

The life of victims of Narcissism is long and traumatic one! I have been there since childhood, Its only now that I have knowledge of personality disorders and Narcissistic patterns, I am slowly freeing myself from the tight clutches of my Narcissistic mother.
My humble prayers are with all those who are still in ignorance about their own self and in relationship with Narcissist. May God help them realise and release them from trauma 🙏

She likes my brothers over me at first place..most of the months I don't talk to her..and when ever I do, she suddenly changes and become the most happiest and coolest mother.then when she sees that she has won my confidence, she changes her behaviour, she starts taunting me, I endure till a limit but her words pinches me like an arrow..then I stop talking to her.. when I do this, she gets mad becoz I don't give attention to her, she starts screaming, conplaining, cursing me...amidst all this....I work hard in making my career but seeing her behaviour towards me,, I feel that I am nothing!

I am dealing with a narcissist , and he gives me a brutal silent treatment. Has sky high ego, always wants attention, always wants me to pamper him, picks up my words and then picks me apart, gaslights me, tortures me mentally. I don't like him at all for all this, but I cant leave him too. I feel stuck sometimes. I love him too, we got into relationship super early once we met because he was in a hurry for same, but since then things never remained same as if he caged me with baits and now its just a struggle , with love here and there but no peace of mind and heart.
Dark and light cannot exist together, so you have to choose one day
Leave as early as possible before he damage you permanently. Its not worth it. He will never change. Your whole life will be ruined.
Same here. My husband is same. Agar awaz oothayi toh nanga kar deta hai chilla chilla kar society ke samane. Bahut late pata chala ki he is controlling me. Can't leave him beta as half of life is gone with him now plus m financially dependent on him. But now I keep to myself . Girls be financially independent.

(Trying to Keep calm ur mind) less or stop talking to them specifically when they hurt you, if they trying over you then try to be like small child don't be like manly- if u be angry they will got extra courage for narcissisting , mother have soft heart-outside maybe rigid. Give her ladies type gifts, take her outside with u to new place, praise her on good food, nice look etc., Be friendly. It may be takes time keep patience.
In our history Ramayan, Mahabharat, Rajputana etc their have also narcissistic women but they became soft only them who are friendly & praise to her 👍 try it

Till now I didn’t know that the person I tolerated has this personality, I literally gone in depression at that time and cried because of her.
I dealt with such a person, I kicked her out from my life, sometimes I think that whether I did good or bad but still I know one thing that I am extremely happy without her, I tolerate her because of family relationships but at one time I had enough of her. Still she spread rumours about me that I did bad with her this and that but now everybody knows about her 😊
This personally destroys your mental health and physical health, they defame you in society, they wanted to be number one choice of everyone, they can’t do good so they destroy whatever respect you have gained through your life, I literally know everything 😢

Same here. I too had a similar horrible problem with a narc friend. Same, I had no idea about Narcissism before. I did everything as a Friend for her. But she took advantage of my nice nature. Used me abused me exploited me for her own gain. And ran away like a coward without taking any responsibility.

I'm married to such lady, spent 8 years so far. We're blessed with 2 kids. Wife spends her most of the day yelling & beating my son. Every day I feel that I'm nothing and I don't have courage to make things right.

By my own Experience I can suggest solution , read a motivational book 📚 name " Don't Say YES , when You Want To Say NO " by writer Herbert , a Group Psychological Therapist . It worked for me personally and with my personal Experience , one change His Own Life , the book also suggests that One can change himself , not Others in surrounding. Thanks again for analysis .

I was cut off from every person, thing, and friend close to me by conspiracy. Moreover, my parents were also instigated against me. This information lit up my head. Thank you very much

It is important for non Psychology students and people to know that u can not diagnos a person just on the basis of these traits. You might see some of these traits in people generally as well but doesn't mean they have a narcissistic personality disorder. If they are your close friends maybe talk to them or refer to a psychologist.
They lack empathy...this is the biggest trait
If we recommend a narcissist to get a therapy implying "there is sth wrong with them and they are not perfect and greatest " they would attack and not accept.. In my opinion and sadly a personal experience
It is unimportant whether non psychologist diagnoses them or not as they don't intend to treat them even if they know. These kind of videos are meant for people who are dealing with a narc personality and are absolutely confused with what's happening to them. They need to know there are more people like them who are suffering and they find community support for themselves. You need to see this not from psychologist pov who intends treat but from pov of a person who is being abused.
If you are a psychology student you need to know this very well these personalities NEVER go for therapy it's the people around them who need therapy and access it. Precaution is always better.
It's always good to open up to someone gradually n keep analyzing their behavior on every sharing you do. Always believe in actions not just flowery words n praise.
I hope everyone who meets narcissistic people, manages to get away from them. Because every negative needs a positive energy to feed on. And there's just one life. Its hard to identify such people but just know the traits and learn to love yourself. I wish all good people

You are right, silence treatment is killing, when you are innocent. Before jumping into any relationship, know that person properly & give relationship time. Write their good & bad points, ignoring little things as nobody is perfect. Time will tell you their true colors.

Sir after watching your lecture I got flashes of my relationship...it was exactly the same like you said like every single thing. From a happy girl i became a girl with so much sadness and no one except him to talk , i lost about 7 kg of my weight at that time due to diff sort of abuse ....
But thr good part is that i ended that relationship two years ago and thigs are much better now in my life but i still get alot of flashes of those days

Same here sis..I fell sick too.. he also made me aloof and tried to cut off my ties with my friends, I had only him to talk to. Luckily I ended that relationship too years back bit sometimes flashback comes too but thankfully I'm over him and now I'm with a very nice guy who treats me well.

My ex was narcissist. What narcissist do is that they Gaslight you. They manipulate you with their words and take you away from your family so that you are under their control. They will show you mean world to them but in reality all they love is themselves. Finally, when they are done with you they ghost you and leave you alone.

I've been in such a relationship for 7 years. And leaving out first 1-2 year, rest of the time I felt like I was trapped for most of the time. Even though I was unhappy I couldn't just leave. Once I left her and stayed for a month or two, then she threatened me of suicide so I agreed to patch up. Again in 2020 while I was preparing for State pcs, she again started causing problems so I took the courage to leave. That break up attempt continued till December 2021 and now finally she's gone.

These psychopaths are that capable of make one to doubt their own self who has complete awareness on the reality and their own self. Victims have a great fight with their own mind that 'what they have to believe and what actually happened?!' God this could mentally disturbs a person!!!!! Main ne suicide attempt bhi ki hain mere husband ki torture ki wajah se.

Yes very true. Thanks for this video. But when i suffered it for 11 yrs nd very shockingly i remained alive, there was no smart phones n net and any information about it. It was every minute a scariest nightmare . I was not knowing it or what to do. It was my husband who was the scariest man i had ever seen. Now separated for 3 yrs but i left with extreme body pain bcz of wounds he gave from head to toe , emotionally i m broken , i developed low bp, anxiety, panic attacks ... Was on pain killers for 11 yrs. So i m just alive not living. Better i cud died. Now living with sister and mother as have no choice and facing same kind of behaviour in sister n mother also. Aagin in same pain. 😢 . Its not exactly like my husband's but in different way its also very painful. I wonder why people r like this or becoming like this. I cud die any time with his cruel attempts many times in 11 yrs. Its HELL we can face alive.
