I did a similar test this season. No tilled 2 acres and broadcast 2 acres. No question the no-till provided greater germination in our drought conditions. Thanks for the video.
Broadcasting versus to till drilling seed will definitely see a difference in germination rates, but without rain...neither has a real chance at success. With regular rains, both methods deliver similar results.
