Love these videos my dude! I've just picked up a T5 (albeit LWB), and have grabbed one of these swivel bases to chuck in... hopefully coming tomorrow! Doing my door speakers like you've shown too, because as you know the stocks ones are shite. If I had a good camera I'd be doing the same as you, making these sorts of vids. Looking forward to seeing the finished result. Though, it's never reallllly finished is it?!
Exciting times ahead mate! We’re really pleased with the swivel base - once you’ve mastered the technique (put the van in gear and lower the handbrake) it’s really easy to turn. Makes a massive difference to the useable space too. Best of luck with the conversion - any questions about anything just ask! 👊🏼

Yes the airbags still work. You don’t drive the van with the seats swivelled, that would obviously be very dangerous. All you’re doing to ‘change’ the factory seats is raising them by a few millimetres.

Do the passenger seat airbags still work? I'm a bit confused about that.
